List of Darrin Trask's Reviews
They are very thorough in their questions about your injury and very good with their "hands on" examination. What Dr. Task prescribed for me has started to work already, just one day after the initial exam. I'm very glad that St. Peter's hospital referred me to them! The entire staff was very attentive to any of my needs!
I had both knees replaced. I had put off surgery for a very long time until getting in and out of the car, up and down stairs and even getting out of a chair became painful. After xrays and discussing my options I made my dicision to go for it. First knee with robotics done in July. Second knee done in November. I have been so excited and wished I would have done sooner. Dr Trask was great! Explained and answered all questions. Great staff too!
Great Doctor !!
I was very comfortable with him.He is pleasant, competent and clear. He listened to my concerns
They are straight talkers. Tell it like it is and take time to answer any and all questions. Dr Trask is very patient and kind and forgiving. I trust him completely.
Great doctor, very thorough, he seams to know what he is doing ! Will be back again.
Dr. Trask met all of my hopes for a compassionate professional providing me with a course of action to alleviate the symptoms I have been struggling with.
Dr Trask uses the Stryker Mako robotic toys to help chop out the old and to get the new parts fitted right. Right hip replaced June 9. Home the same day. Love it. Easy going doctor. No swagger. He doesn't need it. He's Mayo Clinic trained. Now to get the other side done.Addendum July 18. I'm 5.5 weeks out now and I love this hip. More of the back story: 8 months before the surgery, my primary care doctor told me I might need a new hip. I thought I'd try physical therapy, hoping for relief. I did the physical therapy. The pain continued. Then the hip stopped sending pain signals when I walked. My guess: some nerves from the joint were ground to nothing, but I still hurt dreadfully when moving in bed at night, putting on my shoes and getting in/out of a car. Then the left hip started giving me severe problems two weeks before my surgery date--it finished 2nd in a tight race with the right. Now the left side doesn't bother me much walking, but like the right, it commits the same evil.October 6, 2021The left hip gets replaced next week! Life as I knew it resumes within weeks.January 27, 2022. Both hips done. 3.5 months out now. First hip really fantastic, as in, “never knew I had a problem with it.” Second hip fast approaching the same level. Always grateful for my procedures.
Dr. Trask and his team ate great. They are caring, professional and take the time necessary to answer all your questions and make you comfortable with your care.
Dr. Trask explains the situation in easy to understand terms, is forthright and empathetic. The conference is not rushed but he is quick to assess the problem and offer a solution. I would recommend him highly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
