I was early and they took me back early. Dr. Taylor talked me through everything he was going to do in my procedure before he did anything. He asked how I was doing the whole procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor.

What stood out to me was I went thinking we talk about the pain stimulator. But instead he asked how my pain was and he checked my back and neck and decided to do some shots. And he said anytime I needed a shot or something to call and come in and he would see what could to do to relieve my pain cause I suffer from very bad back pain.

This was my first experience with an epidural injection of a steroid for the purpose of pain relief. Dr. Taylor was very professional, thoroughly explained the process and potential side effects and the objective of the injection. At the same time he took the time and made the effort to make me feel comfortable with an obviously frightening experience as a patient. I cannot say the same for his intake personnel who was perhaps efficient but certainly not personable.

My latest experience with Dr. Taylor was earlier this week. He did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue and providing an effective solution. The procedure was actually performed ahead of schedule. I spent practically no time waiting. The staff at the surgery center kept me informed every step of the way.
