Very efficient and effective process for diagnosing and treating carpal tunnel. Dr Byrd is very knowledgeable and personable. Staff are very cordial.

Everyone was very welcoming and respectful. I love the way I was treated from registration, pre-op, surgery room staff and post-op recovery. Dr. Byrd informed me exactly what was he was going to do all the way through the surgery. One of the benefits of having a local block. This was one of the most interesting life experiences I've had. Recovery was uneventful.

Staff was all very nice and friendly. It was a positive atmosphere where you felt like everyone was just in a good mood. There were no bad vibes. Surgery went great and they stayed on the time frame they predicted. Easy check in and also the check out was smooth.
