I received first class service from both their admin staff and medical staff, from setting the first appointment to post-op! I was truly amazed at the customer service Olympia Orthopedics provided. Everything worked seamlessly. Dr Zeckmann listened to my explanation of my knee problem, carefully explained to me what could be wrong, and ordered x-rays as well as an MRI to confirm. It’s been a week since the knee operation, and I am pain free! From my experience, I can highly recommend Olympia Orthopedics! We are lucky to have access to their medical care in Olympia!!

Dr. Zechmann was great timely and knowledgeable on my hip scenario. Made me feel right at home with his recommendation of just getting back on the bike after my hips decided to do a pelvic correction. He even knew where my pains were without me pointing them out. Very happy to hear the good news of my hips being okay at my age after X-ray inspection. Would not hesitate at all visiting Olympia Orthopaedic again.

I am 53 years old . I came in to see Dr. Zechmann after dealing with debilitating hip pain for a year. I was no longer able to even walk in a grocery store, play with my grandkids, attend social activities, work on our property etc. I was extremely frustrated & spent many days just suddenly bursting into tears from my frustration. I would give my quality of life at the time, a ZERO. Dr. Zechmann ran tests & told me I had a torn labrum & degenerative bone. I ended up getting a hip replacement late July 2022 & I cannot begin to explain how much BETTER I feel. Once I left the hospital & got through the recovery period, I had nowhere but UP to go, all things GOOD! My whole mindset changed, I was optimistic and as time went on and I was progressing each day & I started telling people "I feel like I got my life back!" Now, 8 months later, I am back to doing all kinds of work on our property like I used to and my hip does not bother me at ALL. I have been working outside for months , playing with my Grandkids again and just overall, enjoying this beautiful life. I thank Dr. Zechmann & his staff for listening to my concerns & making sure that I was taken care of.

Jerome was wonderful. The entire staff was wonderful. Jerome took the time to explain things to me at every visit. He was kind and compassionate. I was at my worst and everyone there treated me with respect and compassion. I hope you don't have to see him but if you need to I highly recommend him.
