My husband and I have been a member of Kaiser Permanente for several years and my experience with Kaiser has been very positive. Several years ago my husband chose Dr. Keep as his doctor when he was working at a different hospital and continued to stay with him when he joined Kaiser. A couple of years later I too decided to chose Dr. Keep for my doctor and we both could not be happier. Dr. Keep truly listens to his patients. Asks questions and believes we know something about our own bodies. We've never felt we are being rushed or ignored. He is an outstanding doctor and we have recommend him to several of our friends and neighbors. One day I asked the blood tech what she thought of Dr. Keep and she replied he is exceptional because "he listens", and I might add he "cares about his patients". I'm glad Dr. Keep is in the West Olympia Kaiser. Great location. Easy to get in and out.

In the words of our nurse, they're more a clinic than a hospital. We went to Urgent Care but when my mom tested positive for Covid, we had to drive down the street to Providence St Peter's to admit her into the ER so she could get the last Covid treatment available. Nice staff, but having to change hospitals mid stream was annoying.

How can a location that barely has any patients be so slow and consist of lazy complacent front desk people? I needed to leave a urine sample instead of allowing me back into the lab area Im standing in the waiting room holding my piss waiting for the only PREGNANT phlebotomist to open the door because this lazy broad refuses to. Instead she instructs me to pull another ticket knowing their system is malfunctioning due to stormy weather. Complacency at its finest Pregnant phlebotomist your spectacular Everyone else...work on it

This was my first visit with Kaiser and I am beyond impressed. I was seen by Britany and by Dr. Keep. They were each personable and extremely informative. Every concern I had was addressed. The facility is clean and comfortable. Not to mention, the abundance of parking available. Great location and I love that evening appointments are available.Thank you, to the amazing staff!
