I felt well cared for, and treated respectfully. My only concern is that I still feel that the major pain is coming directly from my knee. I agree that there are back problems, but the knee is where all the problems are coming from. I would be much happier if when I take my MRI next week, that they include my left knee.

I visited Olympia Ortho to get a second opinion due to knee pain. Matthew was thorough, found questionable issues with my knee other than what had been diagnosed and has ordered an MRI. Good people skills. Very comfortable manner, listened carefully. Wasn't in a hurry and paid attention to my narrative. Both my husband and I are happy that further tests were ordered to set our minds at rest.

I have recently moved to the area. I have no established doctors here yet and had to deal with extreme heel pain. I decided to give Rapid Orthopaedic Urgent care a try. I absolutely could not be happier with my experience. The entire staff was fabulous. This includes reception, the nurse, and the xray tech as well as PA Matthew Marshall. Everyone was kind, caring and responsive. My wait was not overly long and I felt I got a good response to my issue. I would highly recommend this practice.
