No one ever sees these things but it makes people feel good. But what a poor pathetic sad excuse of a hospital this place is. Your emergency room Jesus Christ if your bleeding have a broken bone or even just a common cold prepare to just sit in a room alone with no medical assistance for well over an hour and when you finally ask a question concerning what's going on the staff are rude unhelpful and sound like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. THE ONLY REASON THE ER ROOMS OPEN IS BECAUSE PEOPLE LEAVE FOR NOT RECEIVING MEDICAL SUPPORT. I'll drive all the way down to centralia which is 35 mins away from me before I EVER come back to this hospital for anything.
Always has a VERY VERY LONG WAIT TIME, its been this way for years, every time we come here it is always 5-6 hours min, and thats just the usual blood tests xray or whatever. Been here this time and it has been 5.5 hours and all they have done is blood test and CT scan. Still wating.
My sister Sinclaire Haskin was seen at this hospital today due to covid symptoms. She was treated absolutely horribly by the staff members. The doctors refused an IV, refused to give her a covid test and sent her home without doing their job. You are doctors and are supposed to care for your patients!!! Shame on you. You guys need to be sued.UpdateMy sister did indeed test positive for covid 19 and was admitted into the hospital after finding that her lungs are inflamed and that she had low oxygen levels. The admitting doctor was shocked that she was even sent home to begin with. I am very angry with the way this hospitals team is. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I was hospitalized October 16 -22, 2021. The Doctors and staff were phenomenal 😍 Dr Abadullah,Ashraf, and Fontanillabrought me back to life. They were so caring ,professional and fully abreast with my illness. I appreciate every effort made towards my well being. Kudos to the Amazing Doctors, Nurses, CNA and everyone that works in the Healthcare industry. Thank you so much. I am on the road to healing..Furnetta
I was impressed at first. They listened and took copious notes, and then admitted someone in dire need of help. They then discharged him and turned him out with some referral phone numbers in the middle of the night. Without so much as calling his contacts to pick him up.
We were really hurt, not just trying to get out of work and got seen quick! Lost the leg but it wasn't their fault. (Never did find it)
My experience as of 10/29/21-10/30/21. I would give a 4.5 star. The staff was professional and very kind. They always made me feel that I was part of the healing. When ever possible the staff would take time to connect with me on a personal level. They where super slammed but the level of care did not change. The reason why they would not get 5 out of 5 is the discharge. It was really inconvenient they released me at the back side of the hospital. I had to walk a crazy long distance to my ride.
Changed my appointment on me without asking when I have chronic medical issues
I had to admit myself due to complications from Covid The staff members here are amazing they’ve been so nice and attentive you can genuinely see the concern they have for their patients this pandemic has brought so many sick people in this hospital they are literally running this hospital One bed at a time and it Hass to be stressful but you’ll never see it on your face I couldn’t be in a better place
You know what? If you read the reviews you would think St. Pete's does nothing right. Just not true. Outside of their security (dear God do they have a superiority complex) they do good work here and care. Wife has surgery a few months back and it and the follow ups next door were great. We couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you. We will be back... just hopefully not too soon🤣.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
