I just had my first visit with Dr. McLaughlin about my shoulder. He was patient with me and explained things well. So far so good.

Dr. McLaughlin is a very experienced and knowledgeable physician and surgeon. Shows great empathy for his patients and because of that, makes it very reassuring and comfortable being in his office. Dr. McLaughlin is a top-notch professional. I have nothing but good things to say about him AND his staff.

Receptionist greeted me w a smile and the usual questions, was polite, assisted with filling out digital paperwork, and contacted billing regarding questions I had. I waited no more than two minutes before I was called back by the medical assistant. As usual, she was very polite and efficient. Dr. McLaughlin came into the room after knocking and listened intently while I informed him of my concerns. As usual, he answered all my questions, even if they were repetitive from the previous office visit. He explained everything including why he thought a test was needed. In addition the Dr discussed with me tentative treatment plan depending on test result. I left the office feeling there was a solution to the ongoing symptoms I’m having. It was a relief. I highly recommend Dr McLaughlin.

So far, so good. OOA has replaced both my knees, rebuilt both my thumbs and put a plate + 6 screws in my neck, so, I expect the same quality of work on my shoulders. I feel I'm in competent hands!

Dr. McLaughlin performed rotator cuff repair, bicep tendon reattachment, and bone spur removal. He did a great job and has been very attentive to my recovery.
