Charges more then they originally say and are really slow.. You will set there WELL after your appointment time.. If you have other options I would go there instead.

I have received excellent care at this facility. They are caring and compassionate. Ive gone thru breast cancer and bilateral mastectomy pretty much alone and these people have gone above and beyond compassionate care. I love Adrianne and Dr Juan they are wonderful. Thank you for caring.

Terrible place to receive medical help. It’s very evident that the bottom line rules all decision making from hiring staff to non functional equipment. I feel very sorry for those who have no option but to receive medical assistance from this organization. They were just bought out so hopefully changes will happen for the better.

This place has some serious issues....my daughter is receiving treatment there and they are very unorganized. This is a very stressful time for everyone and patients dont miscommunications or delays because of incompetence.

After checking in with the front desk they left my mother waiting for almost 45 minutes. When she asked about the long wait maybe they were busy had an emergency other? they gave her a patient wrist band and told her it would be soon. After another 20 minutes she was told she’d have to meet with the financial office this was the 3rd appointment so Insurance was preauthorized and treatment covered at 100%. At this point my mom who has a broken back and severe RA couldn’t take any more. They were rude disrespectful and uncaring. She has since found another facility for treatment. Would never recommend this facility.

Just a chemo factory with no personal care and no respect for patients time. Avoid if you can.

Dr Kang provided excellent care for my mothers bout with Lymphoma. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor.

I was diagnosed almost 5 years ago. Twice when I had to get my medication filled they would not respond to my calls or the pharmacy. I went 3 weeks without it. Same thing with my mammogram. Never ordered it even though I was supposed to have it every 6 mos. Once told me there was no record of anything ever being prescribed to be even though I had been taking it for 3.5 years. The last straw was that after having confirmed my appointment the day before and me driving an hour to get there they call me 2 mins before my appointment to tell me it was canceled. Said they called me 3 times and left messages and sent me 2 emails. Oddly no emails no calls. I am seeing a new oncologist next week.
