My teenage daughter had a followup appointment to discuss her current mode of birth control, side effects and options. It lasted all of 5 minutes and Dr. Biccum suggested that she could have used an online option for her questions. It was not an optimum experience for my daughter. We will give her another try because an earlier appointment was much more positive. I presume this may be result of over scheduling.

Thank you for saving my life. She is amazing, truly. She diagnosed conditions correctly, she listened to me, and set my life up for success when I moved away. I wish she was still my PCP! I don't think I'd still be alive today without her.

Dr. Biccum was a great provider. We are going to miss her. She has a wonderful bedside manner in her clinic as well as the ER and hospital. She makes you feel at ease and doesn't beat around the bush. My husband doesn't like doctors but loved Dr. Biccum. He will miss her.

I began seeing Dr. Biccum in January 2019 when I found out I was pregnant. I felt 100% confident in the care that I received! She was straight forward and caring. She is a true advocate for her patients and their needs! She outlined expectations when she had time off and made sure that I would be completely taken care of when she was away! She is a doctor who truly listens and takes time to explain things so you understand. I’m so fortunate to have had her deliver my sweet Ava. In a situation that could have quickly turned bad, she remained calm. I’m so sad that she will no longer be here but I’m excited for the great things she will do! If you are seeking a doctor for yourself or your babies, I highly recommend her!

Dr.Biccum has been my doctor and my 9 month old twins pediatrician. Almost since she came to Shelby! She is amazing and I am sad to see her leave Shelby! Very friendly and takes her time with her patience! Always made me feel like I could talk to her! Where ever she goes people are going to be so lucky to have her as their family doctor!

My dad has gotten two colonoscopies with Dr. Biccum and staff. She is absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional and makes sure you know exactly what she is going to do. Very easy to talk to and a genuinely down to earth! I would recommend her and the awesome staff wholeheartedly. Denese Calahan

I visited Dr. Biccum for the first timein the ER and had so many questions. Dr. Biccum was extremely patient and took her time to explain my bladder concerns. She made sure I saw her in clinic within a week to make sure it was better. Linda in the Er was also very kind. My schedule is a little busy but i was able to make an appointment for the day after I called.

Dr. Biccum is an excellent physician. She not only treats the problem,but the person as well. She fit me in immediately and she was very compassionate with my care! She is a provider that truly cares about her patients. She is efficient and I left feeling like all of my questions were answered. I can't say enough about the excellent care I received! She is my family's trusted physician for all of our needs!
