Dr. Naumann is compassionate and easy to talk to. He described his plan of care as “I treat the patient, not the x-ray”. I got all of my concerns addressed and questions answered. I wasn’t “rushed” through the appointment. The front office staff was welcoming. Dr. Naumann's medical assistant is knowledgeable, professional and personable. I would definitely refer a friend or family member in need of orthopedic services.

Would not recommend for any overweight patients. Obviously weight can have an impact on the conditions he treats - not denying that. But treatment felt condescending. Before even conducting any examination, started giving (facile) diet and mental health tips for weight issues caused by an ED. He is not a psychiatrist, this is not the area of expertise I was consulting him for, and this advice was not requested. He is absolutely within his area of expertise to let patients know about the impact of weight on their conditions; he should not presume his patients are there for him to jump into advice about nutrition or mental health for conditions they likely are **intimately** familiar with, possibly in treatment for, and, most importantly, didn't ask him about.

Knee surgery: I suffered from knee pain for nearly 20 years. I've been to VA doctors, physical therapy, massage therapist, and endured an earlier knee surgery that make the problem worse. Thanks to the fantastic job Dr. Naumann did December 23, 2019, my knee has never been better. I'm actually learning to walk again without a limp and there is no pain. I never even took a pain pill following the surgery. We are fortunate to have such an excellent orthopedic surgeon in our community!

Dr. Naumann and Jordan, were the most professional Dr's. I have been around in a long time. As far as I am concerned they both get a 5 star rating. I live in Sequim, but due to the incompentice of a PA DR????? here in Sequim I was sent out to Port Townsend, Thank God.

He was professional and kind. He actually listened to me and had good eye contact. I am an RN and have an inside view. I credit him with my good recovery from a hip issue and encourage others to put their trust in him.
