I am shocked by the low star for Front Street Clinic. I have been with them for medication management for YEARS. And I always have had a good experience with the my provider. She has always listened well, been considerate and willing to work with me - I’ve been through many medications since I was a teenager. But, she never made me feel like I was difficult or a lost cause. I so appreciate this clinic, and I will continue to go to them!

I just want to say I've been going to Front Street Clinic off and on since I was about 15, so 23 years now. They've been nothing but wonderful and supportive. I have seen multiple people there through the years and they've all been great and have had nothing but my best interests at heart. I highly recommend them.

It's incredibly disheartening seeing all of the poor reviews.. please don't believe every single one. Read this before making a decision! Dr. Anna has been my provider for nearly 8 years and I honestly don't know where I would be without her. I've been through a dozen different providers and Dr. Anna has been the only one who really stuck by me and helped me get better. Granted, there has been a provider or two at this clinic that I haven't bonded with, but that's obviously going to happen when getting mental health care. Aside from that, when I was having insurance issues, Dr. Anna and the staff worked with me to make sure I could keep seeing her. Susan at the front desk is a saint. She battles my insurance on a ridiculously frequent basis and also never gave up on making sure I'm taken care of. She really puts in the work and I'm really grateful for her too. If it wasn't for this clinic, I honestly don't even know if I'd still be here today. They care. The only reason I can see people having a bad experience is maybe because they were rude and disrespectful to the staff. They don't need to be nice to you if you are not nice to them.

After being recommended by my primary physician, I reached out to this clinic multiple times to help me with my severe ADHD. I was talked down to belittled and in the end, they declined to treat me and didn’t even communicate that with me.

I do not write this with ill intent. I only hope that, if you or your child is in need of therapy be very careful to make sure that you work with a provider that has your best interest and has a plan that, together, you agree upon that will help you. I absolutely feel the Poulsbo Front Street Clinic did not have this concern for us. Our young adult daughter went there due to anxiety. She had a couple initial calls and then an assessment in January. Then we never had any follow up. Following multiple ‘reminder calls’ over a couple of months to ask what was going on since no one was calling back, she was referred to KP (I won’t use their real name) who only met with her via video and for very short sessions, each of which billed at about $550. KP put her on some medication that made her very depressed so we got off that medication. There was never a ‘why did things change from when you were happy to now’. Throughout this 8 month process, I was often told that their ‘office manager’ would reach out about my concerns but he never did. In the end, her primary care doctor (not Front Street) prescribed a medication that she has been taking. She went back to college and is trying to be more outgoing and ‘self aware’ of herself and how she is feeling and we do have good lines of communication which I am very thankful for. The only saving thing is that my daughter was not in crisis and we did not fear she was going to harm herself. Again, therapy is absolutely ok and if you are in need of someone to talk with definitely find someone that you can work with to have a plan. Take care!

I had went through a very difficult time. Anna Kielack is my psychological person. Yet, Susan, and Jessica had been so emotionally supportive, empathetic and went above and beyond! Also, Anna checked on me everyday! Thanks 😊!!!
