My internist saw a test result that raised the specter of heart failure, so she sent me to Sacred Heart’s Heart Institute for evaluation. (Thank you, Dr Nichols!) After evaluation, Dr Fuhs was not thinking “heart failure,” but neither did he dismiss past history nor the test results. What I appreciated so much was his calm and kind one-step-at-a-time investigative plan, with testing starting within days, and an already scheduled follow-up appointment. I left knowing I was in very good hands. Two thumbs up!

Loved Dr Fuhs. Explained everything before surgery was to take place. Saw him afterwards and he explained everything so my mother-in-law understood and myself. Was very patient and polite. Very good bed side manner. PA Sorry forgot his name. Was our last visit. He was very short and treated us rudely after we had questions. Did not care for his responses. It seemed like we were bothering him by asking questions. We are transferring to another Cardio, Sorry Dr Fuhs.
