Never have I encountered the professionalism, care, and kindness I received from Dr. Michels during my surgery process. All the staff are superb in their professionalism and exude a caring spirit. The office is well organized, giving attention to even the smallest details, which makes me feel very comfortable. All these things are an obvious reflection of Dr. Michels leadership. My eyelid surgery was a complete success, and I’m one hundred percent satisfied. I would highly recommend N.W. Eyelid & Orbital Specialists for anyone needing eyelid surgery.

Dr Michels is a superior surgeon. In my initial visit, he caught some concerning conditions in my health record. Subsequently, he ordered more tests which revealed some things that needed to be addressed by other specialists. I will always be grateful for his persistence and medical knowledge. He genuinely cares about his patients from the first visit to the final follow up appointment. He also has a very caring and professional staff. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Michels performed eyelid surgery on both of my husbands eyes. His explanation of the procedure was informational and we felt very comfortable with Dr. Michels and his staff. Both surgeries went well and down-time was minimal. I would recommend Dr. Michels to anyone who needs eye surgery. We are very pleased with our experience with Dr. Michels and his staff.

Dr. Michels performed surgery for my droopy eyelids, and the outcome was wonderful! He also did a procedure for my eyelashes that were growing inward. He is a talented surgeon and a very nice man! And his staff is top-notch too!
