Spammed w/ reminders to show up 30 mins early! NO. Got there 15 minutes before appt. No receptionist due to an office meeting. Really?!? Did not feel welcomed, or listened to at any point. Felt dismissed. Answered the same questions 3 times. Also, they have apparent nationalist political leanings which they advertise with a flag wall hanging with the pledge of allegiance. Will not go back. Very unpleasant experience.

I've heard it said most people hate going to the Dentist for the anxiety it causes them. I'm the same way about going to any ENT. I've had over 12 surgeries on my ears since I was a little boy. Visiting the ear Dr. is something I really don’t look forward to doing. Dr. Goodrich is a wonderful man. He is empathetic and very patient with me. Thank you Dr. Goodrich for your kindness and gentle nature. I will always recommend you to others.

Was very disappointed in my experience when following up on a referral. I’d been having some serious vertigo issues and ended up with a referral to this providers office in early February. I had not heard from the office since but ended up calling recently and spoke to someone named April who rudely answered the phone and put me on hold immediately. Thats fine, I get it. They’re busy so I wait, however when it came time to ask about my referral, I was shut down immediately stating I need a CT scan in order to be seen. That’s fine too, but I just didn’t appreciate the condescending tone of delivery. How was I supposed to know that when nobody has followed up with me for 2 months? I was just referred to them from urgent care, not sure how I should have known I needed a CT scan. Anyways, maybe she was just having a bad day, idk. Just put a lot of extra stress on me when I’m already stressed out about the issues I’m having so I decided to just drive to Spokane to help.
