Disappointed with the front end customer service. Did not disclose the dr wouldn't be there at our appointment time. We don't come to this office to see the receptionist, my son is having issues and we made an appointment with the Dr to resolve these issues. Once we resolve these issues, I won't be bringing my other children back.

They made me sit in the waiting room for over an hour before they saw me. Then Dr. Cordova dug around in my mouth with his fingernails, leaving painful scratches. I felt unheard and violated. Then they charged me $100.00 for the appointment after all of that, and when I told them how terrible it was and that I refused to pay, they sent it to collections. Worst healthcare experience ever.

From the moment I walked in it didn’t go well. After waiting 22 minutes past my scheduled appointment, I approached the front desk and asked how much longer. I had another appr in an hour. She came back and stated it “would only be a few more minutes. 48 minutes later they took me back. Never once did someone say another word about my wait time. The OS, Dr. Cordova was rude, condescending,and dismissive. He never looked at X-rays. (Extraction and implant). There’s more, too much! Horrible place!

Dr. Cordova did my bilateral saggital split osteotomy in an outpatient surgical facility under general anesthesia. Excellent care pre and post-operative by Dr. Cordova, Bob CRNA and all nurses.

Super friendly and efficient! He made my wisdom teeth extraction incisions as small as possible and pain free post op. Excellent experience :)
