This dentist and establishment is only about the money. They do not take insurance the staff is unkind and the Dr’s are very rude and annoyed when you ask questions about anything. Strongly suggest you look elsewhere. BEWARE

Holm came off descending, creepy, and super unprofessional. While on nitrous oxide, he kept makes inappropriate comments that makr me feel incredible unsafe. Being a woman, I'd never encourage another woman to go see him. Or daughters for that matter. You never know what people have gone through so inappropriate comments should be kept to yourself

Avoid this business, they truly are all "about the money". Their website states that they accept insurance, please double and triple check. They are very expensive, the staff is unhelpful and to the point of being *itchy. The Dr's are too busy golfing or on the lake, instead of answering questions, and taking time with their patients. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Dr. Holm was incredible! We were in Pullman dropping our son at WSU. Our daughter had an abscess from a prior wisdom teeth surgery. He was so kind to squeeze us in to his busy schedule and help her. His staff was knowledgeable when we called and provided amazing customer service. Thank you :)
