Alisha was great. Explained all amounts and procedures in detail. Has been great at texting for insurance snd appointment updates. Dr. Fang was great at answering all my questions. Didn't pressure me into doing anything. Just recommended. Have been coming here for years. Will always recommend.

This review is on behalf of my son. I have never seen him in so much pain in all my life after having 4 wisdom teeth extracted with only local anesthetic. He wasn’t properly informed of the local anesthetic and was expecting to be put under general anesthesia for oral surgery thinking that surgery meant general anesthesia. When I arrived to pick him up he was outside and crying, which is very rare for him, and he was visibly shaken. He was in so much pain and I dropped him off with his wife giving instructions to call the office for something more. ran to get his medications. Antibiotics, ibuprofen and Tylenol. The pharmacist answered my questions and sort of questioned why he wasn’t given more and wished us luck. When I got back to his place my daughter in law was upset because the office had been very dismissive of her. I ended up calling and telling them he is begging to go to the er for pain control because the Tylenol and advil weren’t even touching his pain. They told me that all they give are those two meds and I told them it was unacceptable as he has never been in this much pain. They agreed to call I. Tylenol 3 which was fine. When I returned to pharmacy the pharmacist said she wasn’t surprised to see me back. It took a bit to get on top of his pain but once it was under control he could barely talk partially due to the removal and partially due to what we believe to be nerve damage as his tongue is still half numb. This was all back at the end of June and here we are in November!
