List of Bisher Abdullah's Reviews
What I do appreciate about Dr Abdullah is that he took my symptoms seriously and ran many more tests than anyone else. I now have diagnoses and a treatment plan. Everything else about my care there is poor. I've submitted copies of my insurance card & ID at least 3 times. They consistently bill my insurance incorrectly because they misspell my name or write the numbers wrong. So I get these bills that I shouldn't get. I'm consistently on the phone with them or other providers that they contract with to get the billing correct. Dr Abdullah is NEVER on time to appts. When I leave messages it can sometimes take 2-3 times to get a call back. My recent struggle is my pharmacy has reached out 3x in the last 10 days to request a refill on a med. They haven't responded. They're saying they never received a fax although my pharmacy has the correct fax. They won't fill the med without attending an appt. That's fine; communicate the policy before I run out of meds! I'm done!
I know your address, i will be visiting you in a few days. tell abby and chloe i said hi
Dr. Abdullah is amazing. To start, i have know him for almost 12 years, he has taken care of my son for that long. He was always so caring for his needs and to calm a mother during our visits and procedures. about 4 years ago i started using him for my GI doctor. His care of a patient by far exceeds what most doctors will do. he made himself available to me for my son anytime of the day and then for me also. He never gives up and will work hard to figure what you need or what he can do for you. I will also say he has brought me back from near death situations twice. i kept in contact with him, as I am almost two hours away, when i had my latest condition. In a two week period i was at two different hospitals and they could not figure out what to do with me. With in 2 day of going under his care he figured out what was going on and on the third i was feeling better. He will work hard for you and your health. You can not ask for any better then him. Thank you again Dr
I would like to give a 10 star review to Dr. Abdullah for helping my grandson today. My grandson has been to the woodcreek walking so many times for the same symptoms and to Mary Bridge ER and they want to treat asthma instead of the pneumonia that was found from the chest X-ray that the GI dr found. Thank god for DR ABDULLAH.
Went to the office and had my children tested for allergies and some other routine things. Dr. Bisher pushed very aggressively to preform some more invasive procedures when there wasn't any clear need. We expressed our concerns to which he brushed off and "gave us time to think." He even sent us home with paperwork he said, "was just to fill out in case of". It was paperwork saying that we are electing for the procedure. He was trying to essentially force/trick us into doing it. I was unhappy and after confronting the 'good doctor' he finally admitted it wasn't needed. Also, They failed to file the proper paperwork in order for the insurance to be processed correctly (my insurance covers it 100 percent). They coded it improperly. I contacted both the Lab, the doctors office, and my insurance. It took 3x for them to fix one of my kids coding and they never fixed the other. Leaving us stuck to pay the bill that otherwise would be covered. Him and his office don't care about patients or their quality of work. They care about billing you for expensive, unnecessary procedures (that they pressure you into) and are too lazy to fix their own mistakes. Save yourselves the headache. Seek help elsewhere. Best of luck, parents.
Prime Healthcare is a joke! My daughter went for testing back in February 2020. They took tests and due to COVID-19, we did not go in for our follow-up appointment, I requested the test results and they wanted to charge me $50.00 to get a copy of her results. Plus they charged me a $50.00 no show fee in April of 2020. Most doc offices were closed due to the mandate issued by Washington State. They claim they emailed and texted to their current patients, I received no communication from them at all. I will NEVER go to Prime Healthcare again. I would rather wait months for my daughter to be seen by Children's Hospital where you get guaranteed care & follow-up.
Dr. Abdullah has taken care of all our special needs kids for years! We have referred all our friends to him as he is the best GI doc for not only Pediatrics, but adults! He helped us find answers when other doctors gave up and dismissed our concerns! I cant say enough about Dr. Abdullah and his wonderful staff!!!
The Doctor is wonderful!.. The rest of the staff need to get it together. They often rush me off the phone and are rude. They have a significant lack of communication/cordination with eachother and the Dr. They forget to contact me for weeks even after I have called and left voicemail, left msg with front desk and emails. I called to ask them to fax my labs to my Dr. and was told they can't unless I come in to fill out a release. I explained that I was 4 hours away and asked if they could email it and they said no. I called to ask the next day and that person said no problem and sent them right over.....
Thorough and exhaustive. Found him super helpful for our kids last 3 years of intestinal troubles.
Dr Abdullah diagnosed my son with eosinophilic enteropathy when he was just a few months old. Back then it usually took several years before that specific illness was diagnosed, since not much was known about it at that time. Fast forward 17 yrs. Dr Abdullah has been with us throughout my son’s life. When medical treatment became available to free my son from ALL food restrictions, Dr Abdullah shared that cutting-edge information with us. My son is now able to eat ANYTHING, due to sublingual Immunological therapy treatment. I always refer people to Dr Abdullah if their child has digestive issues, because he really knows his stuff! Oh, he sincerely cares about his patients, too.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
