Extremely happy that he was considerate of my hearing loss. He gave me additional personal protection so that he could remove his mask in order for me to read his lips. In my world as being almost deaf, that's a must. Most other doctors wouldn't do anything to help me, so o kept searching for a surgeon that would. Also front desk did a fantastic service of allowing my wife to communicate for me. Those same other doctors would allow that either, it didn't matter whether I could hear or not. Thank you Dr. Kim, I look forward to continuing being your patient.
