Everyone was friendly. I got a consultation appointment quickly, and am scheduled for a surgery fairly soon.
Dr King and his practice are top notch. I felt my time was valued. My appointment times were spot on and was comfortable with every step. The Procedure and after care made me feel well taken care of. The Personal call from the Dr. was what sets this Practice apart from others.

I haven't been so upset with a doctor and his staff in my 55 years of experience 😫. It feels like Dr King does not care about his patients I was in really bad pain and they said to take Tylenol. I wrote down on my paperwork that I have cirrhosis of the liver non alcohol related. It is not good to take Tylenol when I have cirrhosis and they should know that. I told the surgery scheduler that aleve was not able to help my pain. She was very unhappy with me for asking for help with the pain. The fact that I don't do opioid pain medication is why I asked her what I can do for pain and she would not help at all didn't even say ice or heat might help or rubbing it where the pain is. They just have everyone who has pain they think is seeking narcotic pain meds. Beth is the worst receptionist I have ever had to work with. Beth is very unfriendly and needs to be better at her job. Beth answered the phone with her fake nice lady attitude and I spent 3 minutes explaining my situation and she listened because she had no choice. Beth told me that she would see if Kaitlyn was available and I think that Kaitlyn is the only person in the office that is good. Beth immediately sent me to Kaitlyn's phone and Beth knew that she would not be able to take my call but didn't help me just sent me away. I have cancelled my surgery in August because Dr King's office staff is not good. I waited for over a week after leaving a message and they never called me back.
Dr. King was very professional and took a deep look into what my primary doctors concern was that made me see Dr. King. Upon looking deep into the ultrasound reports, Dr. King deeply explained the results and made his decision based on the facts, that surgery was not needed at this time. I would recommend Dr. King to anyone that possibly or needs surgery .......
