Dr. Van Gieson is very direct and insightful. He identified some things I could do for my arthritis. He gave me two low cost prescriptions that have been a great help without making me tired or foggy brained. I function much better than before. Dr. Van Gieson is very pleasant and always tries to make sure he has addressed any concerns I have. He is convenient to where I live in South Hill and I appreciate his excellent service.

The visit I experienced with Dr. Van Giesen was horrific! I left the appointment in tears. I have never had an experience like this in my life. He hardly even looked at me in the eyes. He interrupted me every time I would try to speak. I came to him for a physical and to speak to him about some hormones and vitamins that had been prescribed to me by a previous Dr., in order to boost my metabolism. The goal was to help to loose weight in order to lessen my pain. You should feel like your Dr. Is listening to you you. I was treated like garbage by this man. He did not want to take the time with me. He acted as though I was putting him out on some way. I would have appreciated it if he would have just asked me to schedule an additional appointment. Instead he rushed through it and didn't even put the reason for the visit in his notes. How could he? He never gave me a chance to explain what was bothering me. Althoughhe had no problem billing me for that sorry excuse of a Dr visit. I will tell everyone I know that they should not use sound family medicine. They do not care for patients. They care only for the money.

Jeremy Van Gieson has been my doctor for years now. Whenever I come to see him, he makes me feels like the only patient he has to see that day. There is never any rush and he makes sure to answer all my questions. He did a minor adjustment on my back in the office to help me until I was able to go in an see a chiropractor. He really does go above and beyond for his patients.

Dr. Van Gieson is amazing!! He takes time listening to me at our appointments. I've ever felt rushed at my appts. And I really feel like he cares especially since he remembers things from our last appt and things I have told him.

Dr. Van Gieson has been one of my favorite doctors I've ever had in my twenty three years. Not only is he very patient and kind but he has always treated my concerns as his concerns and has been quick to think of options of resolution. I suffer from severe eczema and Dr. Van Gieson was the first doctor to recommend something that worked for me and he got me back to nearly perfect health. He is truly a wonderful doctor who really cares and I highly recommend him!

Dr. Van Gieson was a wonderful Dr. for my husband. I was so impressed with his care when I had to find a new Dr. I went to him. He takes time to address all of my health concern's and looks over my records when I had my last visit.
