I was getting back results from a blood test. I was awoke early on a Saturday morning and told my results were urgent and could not be discussed on the phone. My husband and I rushed in a few hours later. She read me my diagnosis of jaw dropping results. So I asked her how I needed possible surgery of an organ which had not even been the one I had had problems with. she realized she had the wrong chart. My issue needed no emergency appointment and could have been read over the phone. I have noticed that she is always in a hurry and seems to have pat answers for whatever is wrong with you barely taking the time to hear your concerns. She has missed several things over the time in which I saw her, which caused me medically. She also wrote on my chart that I refused to take baby aspirin, when all I did is question if that could be taken in conjunction with fish oil since I bleed easily. I really wanted to like her but cannot continue because I have lost trust.

I have never felt so comfortable with a provider before. She is the nicest, most helpful doctor I've ever experienced. She has even called me after appointments to check how I'm feeling after medication/testing, etc. She even calls me herself with tests results to answer any questions I have. She is amazing!
