She’s very thoughtful and considerate of patient’s concerns and questions. I never felt she was annoyed at my queries. So many doctors these days are more concerned with data entry into a computer, not really engaging with the patient. Not her. Yes she looks at data carefully, certainly, but I always felt like she cared about me and my issue. She’s a great doctor, has a methodical common-sense approach, and I definitely trust her that she has my best interests at heart. I don’t fancy needles too much, and she made kind efforts to reduce pain and anxiety. I enjoy my visits with her. Her treatment and care are making a difference to my medical issues. I heartily recommend Dr Charbeneau to anyone experiencing issues similar to mine (tendon degeneration in the elbow, tennis elbow, etc).

I went in for a cortisone shot to my left knee but my BP was high that day so the Doctor couldn't do it, I appreciate the alternative suggestions. I got a referral for Physical Therapy, they had also x-rayed my knee and she explained what was going on, she said I was a candidate for a knee replacement. I said, Hmm, no I just got finished anti cancer infusions and surgery 6 months ago, so what else you got? She talked of another type of pain med injection, but she needed to check on the ingredients since I have many sensitivities. She gave me other ideas to help support that knee. All in all it was a positive experience. Nice nurses in there too. I felt very well taken care of, didn't wait long either, mere minutes.

I have seen Dr. Charboneau for both a leg injury and a shoulder injury, she is very professional and attentive. Both of my injuries were resolved and she got me back to all of my activities quickly! I highly recommend her and Rainier Ortho!

Very pleasant and professional while also being thorough and identifying my trouble area quickly. Asked a lot of questions and took notes to understand the scope of injury as well as providing a description of prescribed treatment that was detailed while still easy to understand.
