I was looking around for a same day new patient appointment and when I called this dental office the outstanding customer service is what brought me to this dental office. From the over the phone scheduling , X-ray and consultation with the dentist. Everyone was so friendly from the time you walk into the door to when you are leaving. I was so embarrassed coming into the dentist cause I don’t like the way my teeth looked but the dentist and dental hygienist are so kind and knowledgeable they explained everything to me .I feel like I have hope on making me SMILE again without being embarrassed. Everyone should feel that way when they leave a dental office.I highly recommend this dental office. Thank you again Puyallup Modern dentistry I will see you guys again in a couple of weeks.

Please be careful with this Dentist office especially if you have high anxiety. They give you the completely wrong price for something them try to say I was misunderstanding when the person clearly said Root Canal $300. It's bad when you tell the front desk people you were told this and they ask by who so you tell them a guy and they say David and both shake their head. They have now lost 2 customers who were with them when the clinic first opened. I can no longer trust them so why do business with them. Now my anxiety is at its peak because I had to pump myself up for years to do this and even spoke to the person over an hour asking questions. Do disappointing to have to find a new dentist but trust is important and they lied.

Dr. Stoyanova was very thorough and professional. Gentle with my mouth, explained everything, and didn't seem rushed. The front office staff was friendly and helpful.

Very knowledgeable group of people and kind. My experience however was very rushed and I felt very stressed during it being run from one thing to the next and person after person with little to no explanation of what was happening in my mouth or why I was waiting 20-30 minutes for someone else, etc. I like to know what my doctor or nurse is doing and be talked through it and I didn’t receive that here. Felt more like keeping a schedule than a patient, but maybe they were just behind schedule. My cleaning new patient appointment took 2 hours.

I am over the moon about this dentist office. Everyone is so friendly and courteous and professional. They go way out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable and they do such great work. I would never go to another dentist if I can keep this one I will go there until they retire. Absolutely recommend this dentist office to anyone who's needing dental work done or if you've ever been anxious about going to the dentist they make it like going to the Spa.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, until I found Puyallup Modern Dentistry. Everyone is kind, gentle and professional. I look forward to my treatments, which will help me keep my teeth for the rest of my life. Thank you David, Aurora, Dr Violeta & Devin for such great care.

From my very first contact with David, he was wonderful. He was polite and very attentive. He was thorough and a delight to work with explained everything. Violetta was wonderful. I had a great experience at Modern Dentistry because of Violetta. She is great with communication and did a great job on my teeth. Aurora was another one I met. She was wonderful. She took my x-rays and explained. Everything. She was very engaging and knew her stuff. And there was also Leticia. She was a delight at the front desk, and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Because of the experience I had at my first visit I will be back again. I did sign up for the dental plan because David explained everything very thoroughly.

It was a little inconvenient to have to reschedule from the original time but got what I needed done.

I had 12 front teeth crowed I was terrified of dentists until I was taken to the back I was immediately calm Dr.violeta and her assistant are great. Dr violeta has a very calming personality and her assistant was like talking to a friend I love that she hums to the music in the background. I never felt any pain
