I’m trying to get them to send my MRI to the doctor. After 3 unsuccessful attempts my next step will be Washington department of health and Attorney General
I want to thank everyone at CDI for the experience I had with them.I am 73 and years ago had a myelogram. It was not a pleasant experienceI had a lot of apprehension about this. Everything was explained to me they listened to my concerns. I never felt I was rushed through in any way.The procedure was a piece of cake Nothing like I had experienced before It made me realize what we allow our minds to manifest I could have saved a lot of time worrying if I had only trusted their ability to begin withThank you Dr. Scott and great team for your patience and compassion.
I was severely injured by a Tbone auto accident and was sent to this location for MRI of my spine to assess damage. I didnt expect to be enclosed and am claustrophobic. Staff were very intolerant and decided to stop the MRI after half an hour out of one and a half hours. I was told to come back after I had picked up an anti anxiety med. After I did so and called back for an appointment I was denied a full scan and told it was completed. I am permanently injured now and this event prevented a complete accident investigation therefore limiting the outcome in my favor. Today they were kind enough to fill in my race for me as some other raceReall.
The front desk lady is absolutely amazing She not only got me in for a same day MRI But when i went back for a copy on disc I forgot to call ahead. She went above and beyond and had me my discs and reports in no time at all. Great staff
HORRIBLE BILLING FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT.WENT INTO FOR A BRAIN MRI. THEY FIRST BILLED THE WRONG INSURANCE. THEN WAS DENIED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE .THEN WAS APPROVED A PAYMENT PLAN NOW I JUST RECIEVED A NOTICE THAT THEY SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS FOR 90% OF THE BALANCE.ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY.
Great staff always nice and clean and I feel safe
♿ person reviewParking There are three disabled spots in the center front parking line for the shared building. They have wide spaces for van accessibility around them. The rest around the building say patient parking only. The outer parking is free for all. Would be nice to see pregnant Veteran andor senior parking as well.Doorshandles Front door is huge and has buttons to press on both sides to open the door. They are also pushpull if needed. The door to the back rooms and the bathroom are lever style. No handles on the MRI machine I was in. So I did have to grab the techs arm.Rooms The MRI room was big. The machine was open but I am 350lbs so my belly barely missed touching the top still. I felt claustrophobic even though it was an open MRI. I feel like smaller bodied people will do better. No bumps or floor type changes at doors. All wheels should glide easily over them. Would be awesome if they had an acrylic cane for the MRI room. I had to grab onto the tech multiple times because my cane couldnt come in the room.Check inout The front desk does have a lower counter space for wheelchair and shorter people but they have a lot of advertisingpamphlets set there instead of say on the higher parts of the counters. I was able to check in at the taller counters but it still felt like I was checking in over a wall. The staff are hidden behind huge computers screens.Lighting Natural light and over head lighting. Bring a blindfold absolutely no metal if you have sensitivity. This might not be an option if you are getting your head scanned though.Noise The MRI is freaking loud. Take what you think it will be and triple it. I had headphones for music they gave me on max and I couldnt even hear a high note from Mariah Carey I only knew what song it was when the machine stopped. I even had foam earplugs in too It was super loud.Bathrooms Large and ADA compliant.Smells None that I noticed. I have have werewolf like ability to smell thanks to migraines and allergies I didnt smell anything off. No laundry soaps no body sprays no deodorant no cleaners etc.Seating They have larger chairs in the waiting room in the center and plenty of smaller chairs as well. The MRI room has a plastic lawn chair that I squeezed into between MRIs.Staff They are so kind and helpful. Special shout out to Rykin spelling? my tech. He was unbelievably supportive and gentle.Contacting They always got back to me in an hour or less if they couldnt answer a question right away on the phone. No worries about pressing 30 numbers before finally getting to someone. Not sure if they have TTY though.FoodDrinks Coffeetea bar at the front.PaymentsRewards Insurance or bank cards. Not sure about cash. Was weird that one of my MRIs was covered but the other wasnt so I had to pay up front for one.Website Messaging system in place patient portal to review imaging and reports generic info about what to expect before coming in.EmergencySafety I didnt see any security cameras for safety. Like at all. So they are really great at hiding them or they have a different set up. I would be concerned of something happen and there was no on site video for staff and patients. Police and fire are only five min up the street though. Didnt see a crash cart defib or 1st aid kit either but I only saw a few rooms when there. Possible they do have them.Etc Please make sure you do check with your insurance directly if they are making you pay up front. It is illegal for medical staff to withhold information like billing or procedure codes for services. Not sure what happen with the other person reviewing here but just FYI.
The staff and Dr. Polei are great The insurance something different Ive been going there for almosta year with MRI and injections and they wait till I get to the end to charge me $900 upfront all of a sudden even though they have been billing my insurances. Today they wont even bill my insurance and I have double coverage. My insurance has no record of them contacting insurance. They tell you verbally its not covered. If there is no proof you may not get reimbursed. And Im in network according to my insurance co. This is how they treat you after you to there awhile? The young lady couldnt even give me the procedure code to talk to my insurance.
I had a MRI of my brain and spinal cord ordered and they were able to get me in fast. The receptionist I believe her name was Ashley was extremely helpful and was able to help me tremendously. She was also very nice and I really enjoyed going in because she made the experience very pleasant. The MRI tech Peter was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding some of the questions I had. He made the experience less scary. This place has some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen and not to mention I got my results back fast. I am extremely impressed and made a google account just to say thank you.
Always disappointing to be here on time so they wont give your appt away to have to wait for a Dr. who is running late for work. Totally unprofessional. Zero stars for this visit. If I am late or miss I am charged yet my time isn’t valued the same to them. Now I am forced to be late for my day. The front desk was cordial and friendly only thing positive I add.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
