Ross Brockman's Online Review Report Card

This man is empathetic, kind and patient. He works with both adults and children so has to have that special something. He was very good at explaining treatment to me. I've seen him several times. We need more people like him in our medical profession. Thank you Dr Brockman for both your skill and your kindness.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Brockman and his staff. My son sees Dr. Brockman for his acne and has had some moles removed. He is patient and kind. I highly recommend him!

Can get too emotional raising his voice if it's not his way. It's not about who you are and what you've studied, it's about the patient. You're not there to show your tantrums, you're there to find and treat the problem. And when he's angry he'll cut you off, ignore and try to get rid of you by acting quick and leave as is his time is more important than yours. In my case, I had questions I didn't get the answers. Skin issue hasn't been resolved. The problem was masked with a cream which obviously he knew the problem will come back. But, he's there to put a bandage on the problem not to treat or resolve it. My advice, research your issue and if you can, find the answers and cure it if possible on your own. But, if you want to be treated like a child or if you want to see a child showing his tantrums (depends on which of his ears you step on)you're welcome to see Dr. Ross Brockman. Save your time and money. I hope he changes so your visit go better than mine.

My 4 yo son was diagnosed with alopecia a year ago, and Dr. Brock man has been incredibly informative, empathetic, and professional with everything along the way. My husband recently sat in our April appointment for my son, and Dr. Brock man made sure he understood everything in a simple manner. He has been patient with our treatment options. I love that he is knowledgeable with current research and science. We are grateful for having a trustworthy doctor regarding eczema and alopecia in our community. What amazes me the most about him is his thorough, honest feedback for each client and their family. He also has the best bedside manner I have seen in any medical facility, especially when speaking to my child. We recommend him to everyone that we know.
