Dr. V. Was recommended to me by my GP. and she is a keeper. After being a patient of Dr. Adams for almost 30 years, my bar is quite high. She impressed me with her knowledge and her bedside manner, which seems to be sorely absent in this new class of surgeons. She told me what was wrong, told me my options and then just had a chat with me. I will be returning to see her if anything comes up that requires superior surgical knowledge or just as important , a clear and caring assessment of my options, as I felt she CARED about the outcome of our visit. Afternoon well spent….

While being treated by Dr. Vajapey, in the diagnostic, surgical and post-op phases of my knee issue I felt she was always showing me what I was up against, the full range of my options and supporting my decisions. I was blessed to have been assigned to her. Should I require future treatment, not that I am planning on it, I have no doubt who I will request and recommend to others. The staff at Rainier Orthopedic Institute were top notch and very responsive.
