List of The Everett Clinic's Reviews
My daughter had an appointment at 9:40, the dr both my kids, myself and my family have seen for years no longer works there. I was running a couple minutes behind called the office at 9:32 to let them know I would be a couple minutes late. The entire drive I was on hold, I live maybe 15 min away with traffic. When I finally answered I was pulling into the clinic and I got into the office at 9:47. I was then told to wait they were going to notify the nurse & see if my daughter could still be seen today. The nurse then proceeds to come out a few minutes later, comes out into the waiting room where I am sitting comes up to me & loudly announces that my daughter hasn’t been seen for her 9, 12 month app and she’s now 15 months, then proceeds to tell me she will be needing 9 vaccines & that since I’m 12 min late I can’t be seen today! My daughter was seen by a different doctor for her 12 month check up at a different clinic. I’m leaving this review today because it was very embarrassing to already be a few minutes late not 12…. To have you guys make me wait the additional 3-4 min to then proceed to tell me in too late to be seen. I’ve always been told there is a grace period for patients to be seen if running a little late. It was definitely a violation of my daughters & mines privacy by her announcing all her business out in the waiting area for everyone to hear. I’ve never experienced this before. We will be exploring different medical offices for my kids since I didn’t feel welcome or respected when it came to my appointment business. I’m posting this so in hopes no one’s experiences this kind of embarrassment. So unprofessional.
My husband and I have been going here for years now that Everett Clinic took over the billing is crazy!! Way over charging the patients!! Never ever was like like this before!!
Well I'm not pleased with how my husband was treated by person in scheduling! That's a bad start. They originally talked about his being a new patient, fine he hasn't been in a few years. They said they had a provider that takes new patients and take our insurance.. appointment was made. He received a call that they could move him to an earlier time. Fine ok to do that. Now 2 days prior to appointment he is called that this appointment should not have been made and he has to reschedule. I am also in a position of changing Dr because my long time Dr is gone.
As a truck driver, really dont recommend it.Especially Ms.Quintero.Was out of town for several weeks and got back in time to get a prescription filled. It was filled by Costco but I had to run again. The prescription was on time!!Had to run again to keep water and food in this area.I get back to find out, ..the prescription was over two weeks so Costco couldnt hold it.I asked them to refill it, but they needed the DR. ANALYSE QUINTERO's authority. She was called, she said NO.!?!I was sent to collections for $170.I had no idea. I called to pay the clinic that states I have to pay the collection service first!? I'm a truck driver. I need my bp meds.My other DR. Cynthia Garner had no problemIf I was a bit late and had a great personal wellness with me.This place "SUMMIT VIEW " is nothing but a DOC IN THE BOX.It's all about money for them and dont have any care about the patients.I will pay the bill and never return and tell all my teamster and OTR drivers to never go to this clinic.Go to a real hospital for real care.DO NO HARM.
I’ve been going to this clinic for at least 15 years. I used to love it. Ever since the Everett clinic took over, I am getting astronomical bills after my visit, and my insurance has been the same for the last 5 years or longer. When ‘escalated’ to billing, they listened but just blew me off essentially. The way summit view clinic operated prior to Everett clinic was helpful, friendly, caring. Now just another large corporation being greedy. So disappointing.
We have been going to this clinic since we moved from chicago 2014. I gave two stars foe the dr, because I like my dr. We love the drs andIt was really excellent place. I am not sure what happened. the past two years have been going down hill fast! I am not sure why we are grilled on the phone on what we are want to see the dr for and will do multiple appointments for even the simplest things. I am not allowed to have one appointment to discuss two simple things ! do they think we have time to go back and forth? Really absolutely ridiculous! So last week I needed to renew my prescription, it was utter nightmare dealing with the nurse, very rude and felt treated horribly! I even asked the pharmacist to call because I refuse to deal with her again. The nurse hanged up on me after waiting for 45 minutes on the phone! The receptionist asks me in public loud about what I am there to see the dr, even after my appointment and need a follow up appointment, I am grilled in public and loud! Crazy just unbelievable! This is only few issues love my dr but I am not ready to feel humiliated every time I need to call for advice or even in person! I hate going there. It is such a bad time to change providers especially that i like the dr,
I went to this clinic and felt the staff and atmosphere were very friendly. However, I also feel fleeced. The cost of the follow up “discussion” was astronomical! $166 to get a google printout of iron rich food and told to buy over the counter iron. I had asked for this information over the phone and was told I had to have an appointment. Any other doctor I have visited prior would have told me this on the phone, or through my patient portal. My remedy had been delayed by a week unnecessarily, I feel in an effort to collect more money.
I used to love this clinic. Krissa was always on top of things. Until recently. I went to see four (4) different providers with this office about some serious symptoms and was blown off. I ended up having to change providers at a different clinic. Literally 5 minutes into meeting me she orders a bunch of tests that should have been ordered months ago. Thanks to the providers in this clinic not doing the absolute minimum in patient care, I've been dealing with a rather large kidney stone that will need surgery as well as a nasty infection in my gut. I've also been at a toxic level of a medication that had not bothered to be checked in over six months. I was also prescribed medication that has a serious contraindication with another medication I've been on for years. The care here has gone downhill. It went from amazing to good, from good to mediocre, and now it's obvious malpractice.
This office is only good for routine visits. I was in a head on collision and in a great deal of pain. Their policy is not to prescribe pain medication regardless of circumstance. The hospital says to follow up with your primary care doctor for pain management. I followed up the next day. They refused to help with anything other than an NSAID (aleve). I wouldn't have limped my aching body ANYWHERE if I could have managed the pain at home. My family and I are leaving the clinic immediately! If your doctor can't help in emergency situations and you can't go anywhere else for fear of getting a name as a seeker then you have no recourse. They haven't just handicapped the drug abusers...they are making it impossible to get help even in extenuating circumstances. Shame on them!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Been going here for about five years and I've never been completely happy with the service. I have been on migraine medication since I was 16. Even after almost five years of going here they still want me to check in constantly for a refill on my prescription even though every time I see them NOTHING CHANGES! You are supposed to get a check up every year... its only been six months since my last check-in and my prescription refill has expired and they wont refill it unless I get a check up... even tho its been less than 6 months! I NEED my prescription! I have even scheduled an appointment just to please them and asked if they would send me a refill in the meantime and I have been passed to three different people, two different voice mails, called in 4 times and its been almost a week and they STILL haven't gotten back to me. Also anytime I call them the lady who answers has a very clear bad attitude and is rude! Customer service is terrible and its clear they dont care about the needs of their customers. They system is outdated so they can only help with few medical needs. And the office is outdated, and they dont make you feel comfortable as a patient. Dont go here!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
