Dr. Jimeno was great with my child! She was positive, knowledgeable, and patient.

This Dr. was the rudest ped our family has ever had to deal with. She was very condescending and spoke down as though she thought we were unintelligent (my wife was an RN and I'm an Adjunct Professor). Maybe she had a bad breakfast or a poor nights sleep, regardless, her professionalisn was not on par with basic expectations. Luckily Dr. Joosten had an opening, whom by the way, is amazing.

I will be transferring my daughter to another doctor. Dr. Jimeno is a very rude and condescending woman. Unless you want a doctor who does not remember your child's chart, forgets she even referred your child to specialty services and then talks to you like your a stupid person then avoid her. She is nice to her patients but talks to parents like their stupid. My daughter only had a wellness exam and a referral request renewal today. I had to bite my tongue to avoid making a scene. The many times my daughter had visits with Dr. Jimeno she has always been rude or talked about herself. Today was the final straw.

I started taking my daughter to Dr Jimeno early 2016 because we moved here from NV. She was so nice to me and my baby, even walked down the hall holding her hand because my little one is so curious. She's informational and personable at every appointment. I'm 5 months pregnant now and I'm absolutely excited that she will care for this next one too.

Look elsewhere. Condescending, rude, and unhelpful. This Dr. is not willing to take the time to sit and listen to your questions or concerns. Not interested in a patient's history only the current issue/problem. After multiple visits for the same thing she was clearly irritated and annoyed with the questions we were asking. Sorry to bother you Dr., we'll find someone who actually cares about our children's health.

I had this doctor as a kid and she was awful! Do not send your kids here!! She was very unsupportive of my weight loss and told me that only a small amount of girls she treated were bigger than I was. As a fourteen year old girl this comment was horrible for my self esteem. This was not the only offensive commenting she made throughout my visits with her. My friends and my sisters all had unsatisfactory experiences with her.

I am very disapointed with this Provider. I had to wait for an hour and a half in the lobby, and dont get me wrong, I told the front desk to follow up and she knows that there were at least 3 patients waiting for her for more than an hour already, Nurse took as in and after that, I have to wait for another good 30 mins and the only explanation I get from her is , "well there are some patients who do need more attention than the others". And it could have been more nicer if she at least take her time for us, but she rushed off to the door without addressing or giving time to address all of our questions. she just left and I did not even know we were done. Very poor care, no compassion and I also did not notice proper hand hygiene. I would never come back to this provider. Before you get help, I guess you have to suffer of a long wait if not your baby will starved first as well as me as the parent! Very frustrated! No apology, no service recovery and no any effort in reaching out to the worried parents! What a poor health care practice!
