My fiancé has been a regular at Puyallup Willamette Dental for many years…the doctors and staff are fabulous and always accommodating and so welcoming…this group is like walking into a family environment every time you come in The dental hygienists are extremely gentle and are attentive with the upmost care!!! I would recommend this group if your looking for long term dental care and relationship❣️

Came here yesterday to get a tooth extracted due to an impacted tooth problem I was having and Dr. Stephanie Nguyen did an amazing job, it wasn’t painful at all and she got it done quick and efficiently! Even though they were unable to get the impacted tooth out they found me a referral quick as well to have the surgery done today! I definitely recommend this place. The whole staff was very friendly as well.

Would not recommend this dental group. I have various appointments scheduled only to be told that my provider called out sick. No call to let me know! I showed up and was told that I had to make another appointment! I also have a temporary crown on my back molar that keeps falling out. It's been like that for about 7 months now ridiculous!

Their service is terrible along with the providers. They don’t listen to you and give you false information about your health care. I wouldn’t return or recommend them to anyone.

A month ago i called the morning of my appointment and asked to reschedule my appointment and they did but they charged me $50 because it wasn't a full 24 hours before my appointment and now today I just showed up for my dentist appointment today at 1:10 and they said you're not on the schedule. And I said here I have a text from you guys 2 days ago saying I had an appointment today at 1:10 and they said oh we did see that you were scheduled but we just called you and had to cancel your appointment . So obviously I asked if I get that $50 back that they just charged me the month prior for not giving them 24 hours notice before I had to change my appointment and obviously they said that they don't do that

Very greatful for Dr. Park and her support staff. From the staff at front desk , hygienist and other Doctors. They are all so professional, informative and kind.
