Dr McConnell was caring. Very attentive to our questions and concerns. Never felt rushed. She carefully explained options. We felt very confident in the decisions she helped us reach.

The initial appointment was okay. However, she took a biopsy. She said the results should be back in 4 to 5 days and she would call me with the results. It has been 3 1/2 weeks and I have not heard anything! I have called 4 times and have been totally ignored. This is a biopsy and I want to know what the results are! I have never been so unhappy with a doctor!

Dr. McConnell is absolutely wonderful and was friendly and compassionate. She made me feel completely at ease while patiently explaining my treatment options, and wholeheartedly supported my decision in choosing the option that was right for me. I am beyond impressed and feel lucky to be in her care!
