Listens, patient, understanding, and on the level. She doesn’t just throw meds at stuff and calls it a day, she is willing to work with your other providers and collaborate, she actually seems to care. I’ve been through several providers now and she’s the one I’ll keep back to.

Dr Platzner is great. She makes me feel comfortable and she listens to what you say and how you feel. She is quick to respond to questions and concerns. Her staff is really great too.

This doctor is way too expensive. Made false promises that all tests will be covered under insurance and wrote several tests. Charged about 10 medical/ professional services charges for one visit. We ended up changing my PCP from here.

No follow through. Led me to believe she would take an interest in me as her patient and shortly after I receive an impersonal form letter that she left the practice. No moral compass.

Dr. Platzner has been my primary physician for over 10 years. I feel very lucky to have found a doctor who is caring, knowledgeable and so assessable. I have always been amazed at how quickly she would respond to my inquiries. I have moved away from the eastside a few years back, but Dr. Platzner is so perfect that I cannot bear to change to a different doctor closer to home.

I have been a patient of Anne Platzner for several years! I cannot say enough good things about her. She helped me manage the healthcare issues I developed while being a caregiver to my husband (who had significant issues before passing away after 5 years). She is the most caring, proactive, compassionate, supportive, professional, effective, helpful doctor I have ever gone to! I would give her 10 stars if I could.
