Starting fresh and finding a dental team you can actually trust isn't always easy, but Eastside Dental made it a whole lot simpler. Before my appointment, I'd missed filling out my forms (totally my fault), but Lizzie jumped right in, prompt & cheerful, and got me sorted without any fuss. Already felt like a good sign. Walking in on the day of my appointment, I was met by one of the liveliest teams I've encountered. It was later in the afternoon, but the energy in that office felt like the start of a great morning. That's when I met Amber, who genuinely has this beautiful, warm energy about her. She took my x-rays with the kind of effortless expertise that only comes from someone who truly knows their craft. She was juggling real, sincere conversation with me while not missing a single beat professionally. You could just tell she loves what she does. Then came Dr. Singh, and honestly, his presence alone puts you at ease. Warm, caring, and genuinely curious about getting to know me as a person and not just a patient. He walked me through his findings, checked on my gum health, and made the whole thing feel like a conversation rather than a clinical rundown. Watching him and Amber work together was something else. Their synergy was just a pleasure to be around with. To top it all off, I got to meet Jenny toward the end of my visit, and just like everyone else, she made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend. Honestly, this didn't feel like a dental appointment. It felt like a reunion. My wife's already looking forward to her visit, and I can't recommend Eastside Dental enough.

Highly recommend Dr Singh at Eastside Dental. I recently fell and broke my upper front tooth in half ;( The dentist fit me in his schedule and put a crown on that front tooth. The color, size and placement of the crown all looks perfect! Look like my real tooth! My husband also went there and had deep cleanings and a crown recently. Satisfactory experience!

I had an outstanding experience getting my dental bridge done with Dr. Singh. The entire process was smooth, and incredibly professional. Dr. Singh explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable at every step, and now the whole set looks completely natural. I’m so happy with the results. Dr. Singh and the dental assistants are absolutely amazing. They are gentle and highly skilled. The front desk is helpful ans friendly too. I couldn't have had a better experience, and I highly recommend them.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Singh. It felt like his main focus was on sending me to other dentists he works with rather than addressing my concerns directly. The referrals seemed more beneficial to him and his network than to me as a patient. I left feeling that my care was not the priority.

A Truly Amazing and Caring Dentist I have been a patient of Dr. Kit Singh for seven years, and I can honestly say he is an incredible dentist who truly cares about his patients. It’s rare to find a professional who not only provides excellent care but also makes you feel completely at ease. Dr. Singh is remarkably patient and takes the time to answer every single one of my concerns and questions. He never rushes you and always makes sure you fully understand your treatment course, which is something I deeply appreciate. Over the years, he has done my fillings and replaced crowns with great skill and attention to detail. The care doesn't stop with Dr. Singh. The entire staff is wonderful, and I've been seeing Leah, the hygienist, for a couple of years now. She is fantastic and just as meticulous and caring as Dr. Singh. The entire team makes every visit a pleasant experience. One of the things that sets this practice apart is their transparency with billing. They are upfront about costs and have been incredibly helpful in providing options to span out my treatments over the years, which has allowed me to make the most of my insurance benefits. I highly recommend Dr. Kit Singh and his team to anyone looking for a caring, skilled, and honest dental practice.

The staff here is very friendly, but unfortunately, my experience felt deceptive and disappointing. I came in for a deep cleaning and was given a clear quote for the procedure, which I paid in full at the time. Months later, I was suddenly contacted about an unpaid balance, with the blame placed on my insurance. This was never mentioned upfront or after the procedure. Whether intentional or not, it came across as a scammy way to squeeze more money after the fact. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place to anyone who values honest billing practices.

I had an amazing experience at Eastside Dentistry. From the beginning the team did a wonderful job of explaining exactly what they were doing, what it means for my oral health, and how the appointment was going to progress. I have never had a more thorough dental exam. They separate the cleaning time from the exam time so they can get a good idea of what is happening in your mouth and how they need to care for it. Everyone was pleasant, welcoming, and easy to talk to. I will happily be going back to Eastside!
