Huge shout-out to Dr. Ma, the most incredible dentist ever! She transformed my smile with the most stunning crowns and veneers– absolutely flawless! Her attention to detail was unmatched and she truly listened to everything I wanted. Dr. Ma was patient and kind with me every step of the way, making the whole experience stress-free and even exciting! Her creativity and dedication shine through in her work, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you Dr. Ma, for giving me a beautiful smile and such a wonderful experience!!!❤️

I’ve been a patient of Kale Eckland for 10+ years. He and his staff (Brin, Carly, Kristen) are very professional and do great work! They are all around good people that care about patient’s Dental health, and providing a pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

My first appointment was terrifying for me.....thanks to Dr. Eckland and his team, I no longer have a debilitating fear off dentists. I told Dr. KALE that he couldn't retire while I still have teeth.. :)

Thoughtful and technical explanations and answers about my procedure from start to finish from the warm and friendly Dr., again, solidified my admiration for Eckland Family Dentistry.

This guy is only interested in getting as much money as he can out of you by any means and is extremely condescending and malicious when doing so if you question the extremely unnecessary and ridiculous charges. I needed two crowns on my front teeth and went to his office to have the work done. I was given the price I would pay out of pocket and told that my insurance would cover the rest. For the two crowns and one filling I paid him almost $2400 and the insurance was to cover $1500 or something I don’t know. What I do know is that before any work was done I paid the entire $2400 and was assured that there would not be any additional charges. Because I made it very clear that I was getting married at the end of the month and simple could not afford any more than what I was paying. Assurances were given payment was accepted and the work began. My two front teeth were ground down to nubbins so that impressions could be made and the crowns could be created. Awesome. I was paying a lot of money but it was worth it to me to be able to feel comfortable smiling at my wedding. I was given temporary crowns made of plastic to wear while the Permanent ones were being made. That was several weeks ago and unfortunately this ones have degraded and broken as well as they’re not meant to be permanent. Here it is less than a week until my I’m getting married And I go in to have my permanent crown put in That I’ve already paid for and was told 500 more dollars I could not have my teeth. $500 I was assured I wouldn’t have to pay that I didn’t have and that is completely 100% a scam. When I asked why this money and if I could see the treatment plan not only was, I shown a treatment plan that claim I only paid $2100 it was full of frivolous, unnecessary line items, that no way or necessary to install my two crowns that had already been made and paid for. When I began questioning why I needed certain items. I was told because he holds himself to a higher standard, most generous, and that the items were nonnegotiable, Items keep in mind I’ve already paid for however, I was willing to forgo to not be charged an additional $500 plus dollars so that my teeth which have been permanently disfigured and ground to nubs would not be a source of humiliation and embarrassment at me wedding. These frivolous unnecessary charges seem to be a pattern of Kale’s behavior and both me and my fiancée have experienced. I originally went to his office because I had moved and needed a new dentist and I was due for a cleaning. Something that would normally be covered by my insurance 100%. However rather than get the standard cleaning I wanted I was given something else and ended up with multiple appointments several hundred dollars in charges, and on my way out the door I was handed mouth wash and told “here this is for you, you already paid for it.” I did not like this but let it go, however I found out today I was charged $55 dollars for the wash and I have no use for it and it just lives under my counter now. That is a perfect example of many things that you will be charged for without you ever realizing it unless you make sure you go through line for line of your treatment plan and ask for explanation however if you don’t want to receive whatever frivolous charge then he gets upset because he ”went to special dentist school which is better than regular dentist school so he is only willing to treat patients at a higher level of care” I’m not kidding this guy is the sleaziest dentist I have ever been to and he thinks that he is some elite dentist that is entitled to rip people off despite the fact he can’t do a root canal, apparently that is something only regular dentist can do and it is not for the elite. I found this out when he started to give me a filling but had to stop in the middle of the process and refer me to a more capable practitioner. I wish I was making this up but unfortunately kale Eckland took $2400 from me and did this. And also how my teeth looked before I saw him. Two stars because I like one of his staff members she is nice.

I stand corrected as apparently, my insurance was incorrect about the excess charges on my EOB and that Dr. Eckland writes off all remaining balance on the account due to a preferred insurance care plan with my insurance. I appreciate the phone call from their account department to explain everything in detail and take care of my concerns! Please disregard my previous review!

I had one of the most difficult cosmetic dental needs you could every unfortunately need. One of my two front teeth got knocked out as a kid and it needed to be replaced once again as an adult. Dr. Kale Eckland did an amazing job. It was PERFECT! Better than I expected. I am so thankful for his attention to the tiniest details. I love you man! You have improved my life and restored my confidence. Priceless.

Dr. Kale Eckland and his office staff are great! They are thorough, friendly, professional and do a good job. Dr. Kale recommended a custom made snore guard for me that works very well and has saved my marriage!
