Extremely Disappointing Experience My experience at the Endodontic Center of Redmond was extremely disappointing. Michelle Fat demonstrated little to no care for the patient. She was impatient, refused to explain things properly, and even dropped the forceps on my face during the procedure—completely unacceptable behavior. The treatment itself felt extremely rushed and careless, and unfortunately, it was ineffective. Worse, the way it was done left very limited options for my general dentist to proceed, making things even more complicated for me. It's clear Michelle is new, but that's not an excuse for such unprofessionalism. I seriously question how this clinic received such high reviews. Think twice before trusting your care to this place.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ryan McNamara, and it exceeded my expectations. He provided a clear diagnosis, confidently explained in an easy-to-understand manner. I left feeling confident about the decision. Additionally, all examinations were covered by my insurance plan, which is not the case with all endodontists in the area. I'm very happy to have been referred to Dr. Ryan McNamara to assess the need for a root canal treatment!

I have been a patient of Dr. McNamara for six years, and I can confidently say he is a fantastic endodontist and person. Dr. McNamara's expertise and endodontics skills are awe-inspiring, and I have always felt confident and comfortable in his care. Not only is he a talented doctor, but he is also a kind and compassionate person who truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. McNamara to anyone in need of endodontic treatment.

This root canal was easier than some filings I've had - Dr. McNamara and his team are THAT good! Everyone was super nice and helpful, answering my questions and giving pertinent information. I had the procedure done on my very back molar on the top, and I was literally in and out of the office in about 70 minutes flat! My appointment was yesterday morning and my mouth is already feeling almost back to normal (the sensitivity is totally gone and was immediately, but the area is tender/"bruised"). Dr. M was also able to perform the root canal in such a way that my existing crown can still be used so I don't have to get a new one! If I ever need another root canal, I will absolutely come back here.

I was extremely nervous trusting a new team of doctors after leaving Los Angeles, but after my experience with doctor Ryan, I can say with confidence that I couldn't be in better hands. He takes the time to explain everything in great detail, which I'm grateful for since I came to him as a nervous wreck. He is precise and he has a passion for his work. He is patient and gentle - he truly cares and you can tell. I didn't feel a thing and I had two roots that needed to be retreated. He was able to have everything done within two hours which I thought was remarkable. Everything went smoothly and I was able to listen to my music and unplug from the whole experience. Everybody working at this office is incredibly supportive and friendly.

Kramp is the doc to see....I was teed up for a full blown root canal but the doc gave me the stats and we are going a different route....Good doc...super happy to meet him.....

Dr McNamara and his staff are terrific. Who wants a root canal? But if you have to have one, these are the people to do it. This is the only place I'm coming after today.

My dentist referred me here. This isn't my first root canal, just the first one I've had done here, but this is the only place I'll come now. Dr. McNamara and his staff answered all my questions, the work was done quickly and painlessly, and I was out of there in about the same time my dentist would have taken for a cavity or prep for a crown. The whole thing was worry free.
