They have been great in managing my dental plan, working well with my insurance and making me comfortable. Today I had my first procedure done, a tooth extraction and bone graft and concentrated plasma injection. The team worked like clockwork, no wasted time or energy and I never sat wondering where and what is going on. Numbing done painlessly, extraction with little feeling of anything and I was out and on my way home in one hour all in. Thanks, owl b Bach 😁

I'm not receiving any treatments on my appointment time, stuff were not prepared, to help with only loose filling on my front tooth. Sincerely Alex

The front desk staff was very kind and made me feel comfortable asking questions during my first visit. I was pleasantly surprised that Dr Arbia personally did my dental cleaning. I’ve also worked with several different dental assistants during multiple appointments, and every one of them has been patient, kind, and made me feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place!

as a senior, returning to the PNW, after decades on the east coast I needed a dental relationship. I have a checkered past with dentists and can be very apprehensive about the whole process. I had never considered a clinic based practice, but decided I could do worse than what I believed to be a modern, youthful group based on my bit of research, and they were just a short distance from my home... a great choice from the first contact on the phone, to the front counter folks, the hygienist, and the dentist herself... i look forward to working with them all to get everything fixed and stable for my best retirement health...

I only have one VERY small complaint...I was to wait to be called to make an appointment for 2 months and ended up waiting a ridiculously long time, like, almost an hour. Only reason it's not that big a complaint is I got a good nap in before I had to drive fricken almost 2 hours in traffic home to Tacoma, haha. Otherwise, this place is AMAZING. Only reason I'm mildly nervous in a dentist's office is because I'm scared of the pain, not the actual work getting done. Dr. Volland is a freaking saint! Comes in with a calm but extremely confident energy, and gets the job DONE. This guy has got to be the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being worked on by, and I couldn't be more blessed to have had him work on me. I definitely recommend him, and hope anything I have to get done is by him! 😁

After a long and cumbersome appointment process, showed up on time to discover they were closed on Fridays. !!! Communication on the cleaning process was not clear. After a delayed start to the appointment, we were just asked to come back for a later session of deep cleaning.

Today, I visited the Gentle Dental Redmond clinic at Redmond, WA for the first time to visit dental Doctor. All people including Secretary and Doctors were very nice with great patience, and all medical instruments in the clinic looked very new and prosperous. I was greatly satisfied with this visit.

Friendly reception and system, on top of being available for calls and reminders. Great dental work, and lives up to the name. Have experienced fast paced, aggressive dentists elsewhere in the near area that kept me from the dentist for a while but this place is truly amazing at their work and because of it leaves me with no concerns about the work I come in for
