Every doctor and nurse are super nice and friendly. I feel really lucky . Before I met doctor Yan liu Baum. I always have difficulty to control my blood pressureYan liu Baum helped me to control my blood pressure, so I can work and live normally. She not only cure my I illness, but also saved my life !
The experience was really good. The doctors and nurses are really friendly. Everywhere is clean. Especially Yan liu Baum. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. Butlocation difficult to find and there is no sign, difficult to find where to park although parking space is plenty
Avoid this location for lab work. There is an unqualified phlebotomist there, I was extremely bruised (yes this happens, but I am talking about an abnormal amount) after one of my blood draws. I thought this may be an issue with my veins, or luck of the draw (literally) but the second time I had a different person and all went well (ie the normal amount of bruising). My husband went the other week to have his blood drawn at this location and had the same phlebotomist that extremely bruised me. He was poked multiple times, was extremely bruised as well, he now has major symptoms of nerve damage. We will be seeking legal council if his symptoms are found to be permanent damage. Please avoid this location for blood work. This phlebotomist is dangerous and needs to be retrained.Update: My husband's arm has just recently recovered after over 4 months of tingling and pain. My feeling is one should not deal with issues of nerve damage for over three full months after a blood draw. Concerning. If you are looking for blood draw, I recommend the Kaiser Ballard location– more organized, great phlebotomist.
I will say my experience calling billing was much better at the local clinic versus calling the 800 number. The person I talked to in local billing was very helpful (5 out of 5), although it was difficult to get to her. phone tree hell, even if you call the local branch. prepare to be on hold during this journey. I used the hour plus I spent on the phone with Kaiser, primary with their 800 number, to run errands. on that note, after 45 minutes with billing on the 1-800 number, they hung up on me because they couldn't figure out how to find me from any of the numbers on my billing statement. hence why I called local office, which again was better but phone tree needs to be improved.
I had a phone appointment with Dr Nicholas Church and was so impressed with his caring attitude...he was very professional and responsive to my concerns...I love Kaiser!
Whenever you are offering vaccinations, your patients line up outside in large numbers at our residence, and even sit on our private walkways and porches. Please direct your patients to stay away from our homes and ask them wait in line on your property/ appropriate areas only. We don't want coughing patients using our doorstep as a waiting area again. Very disrespectful and also disturbing during a pandemic.
Free garage parking short walk to KP most of the way protected from rain. Nice facility large waiting room. Strict covid procedures in place. No coffee bar or snack bar or vending machines.
Kaiser Permanently Ill is what we call this place. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. The online site doesn’t work 60% of the time. I can’t get through to a person after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. If I do get a hold of someone they put me on hold and then I get hung up on after holding for 20-39 minutes. Has taken me a week of attempted calls and log ins to get an appointment Not Once But Twice. We have had historic issues with getting an accurate diagnosis for both of our children; meaning our daughter went three years of her life suffering from acute asthma without a diagnosis. Our son took 1.5 years to be diagnosed with a chronic pain condition and it’s likely wrong. We are about to cancel the insurance through our employer and sign up for Premera on our own.
Friendly and helpful folks. Not busy when Ive visited early in the day. PCR tests can be booked.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
