Rude receptionist who unfairly and inaccurately piles on fines for non existent appointments. We were told that we missed an appointment which we never booked. And then fined $100 for such. And when we called indicate that no notification was received for appointment to begin with, let alone the notification of fine, the receptionist said she does this all day... Sounding like a collection agency department instead instead of realizing their own internal process issues.

Dr Kat and crew know their stuff. I have been going to this office for 30 years since Dr Cederbaum handed it over to their capable hands. They are caring and good. I went briefly to a closer-to-home office and promptly went back.

Dr. Cat and team do quality work on routine cleanings and are a pleasure to work with. I have my whole family going there. Allison does amazing cosmetic work!

I started coming here because I frankly could never find a dentist that I had a good experience with... I heard good things about Dr. Alison and Dr. Cat, and figured I could use a checkup. I never have consistently gone to a dentist because I was afraid to go - the pain, feeling embarrassed, and the "what-if" thoughts. Since coming here I have felt so cared for, comfortable, and am usually even laughing while getting my teeth taken care of. I have had many problems from other dentists fixed here when I didn't know what to do! Has forever changed my life and I feel more confident, healthy, and prepared for my dental future! Dr. Alison and Dr. Cat are both so so amazing - I rave about this dentist to everyone!

Dr. Cat always took her time to answer my questions and gave me great advice. Allison has also been great in taking care of my dental needs. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Out of all the dentists I've been to in the Seattle area, Marquis Family Dentistry is by far the best! They offer friendly, fast, and high-quality service. They get two thumbs up from me 👍👍 Allison, Dr. Cat, and the rest of the team are so nice and good at what they do that I look forward to every appointment. They take their work very seriously and really listen if you have any questions or concerns, making sure you get exactly the care you need. Dr. Cat is a wizard with the anesthetic, I almost never feel any pain when getting work done and if I do I get a quick referral to the endodontist across the street, often seeing them that same day. I’ve also needed a number of crowns over the years and Allison has got so good at making them that my last one didn’t need even a single adjustment, it fit perfectly! I've been coming here for over 10 years (even back when it was a different practice) and I plan to come another 10+ more. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend them.

I want to start this review by saying that I REALLY hate going to the dentist. I have been with Dr. Cat and her practice since the beginning and she is truly the VERY BEST in the world. She understand that some people have terrible dental anxiety and she does a fantastic job of explaining exactly what is happening (if you are interested) and making sure you are comfortable. Dr. Cat doesn't sugar coat things, she is going to be direct and honest which I find VERY refreshing. I would really recommend everyone to go to her if you are have any aversion to dental work because she really works with you to make sure you are comfortable!

I had to make the decision to stop going here after some consideration. Dr. Cat is friendly and great, but too many things went wrong in my care here. I had a filling done by Dr. Shawna and it was awful. I was uncomfortable the whole time and after the filling, kept getting food stuck in my teeth. I went back in to have them check it out and they didn't offer to fix it. Went to another dentist and they said the filling wasn't done correctly and immediately needs to be fixed. They showed me X-rays and photos and it has a HUGE hole in it that's letting food in. No idea how someone could miss this. I'm now having to pay out of pocket to fix it somewhere else. I also have pretty serious TMJ that bothers me daily and this was never addressed. They would ask if I wore a night guard and I said yes, then would move on to the next topic. Dr. Cat has great bedside manner, but this is not the case with the rest of the staff. I consistently felt confused or uncomfortable in anyone's care but hers. I finally decided to move on after several issues and mistakes and am hoping my new dentist can provide me a better level of care.

Great experience. Personal concern for the patient is very evident and very skilled. I have a lot of dental work required and it’s been top notch
