Doctors are hit or more miss here. Went in for a sore throat and respiratory infection. The doctor kept wanting to check out my heart. He was rude and condescending until I snapped back. Will not be going back.

Our family has used this UC for years on and off … today’s experience was amazing! Great service overall, quick and efficient, testing on site was quick too, and all care providers were kind and compassionate. PA Polly Monroe was lovely with my teen.

Great customer service from Koda, the woman working at the front desk. I went in looking for a PCR test for travel. Even though they couldn’t provide the test, she took the time to call around for me and figure out where I could get it and made sure to get all of the info I needed. Some of the best service I’ve seen in a long time.
