I had a concern about why the shot hurts so much more on the lower part of my jaw opposed to the upper part of my jaw, and Todd explained it to me perfectly and told me about why it wouldn’t hurt when he did it. I had a cracked tooth and he worked me in within a day or so. The staff was amazing from the girl at the front desk, who was warm and conversational to the support staff and Todd, himself. My tooth was in three pieces and he was able to pull them all out with no pain. The healing time was very rapid and I did didn’t experience any pain there either.The office was decorated in appropriate Halloween attire. The whole experience was extremely relaxing, which is saying a whole lot when you’re talking about going to the dentist. Any nerves or fears I have ever had about going to the dentist were completely reversed. There was a sense of ease that I have never experienced before getting my teeth worked on. I usually expect it to be a bunch of workers using jackhammers to break up concrete in my mouth, but this was as pleasant and experience as I could’ve ever imagined. The whole staff is obviously proud of their business and what they do for a living, and it shows all the way around. Thank you, all! Greg W

I always have a very positive, joyful experience when getting my teeth cleaned or any other procedure. The office staff are friendly and we have interesting conversations. Dr Smith is wonderful He explaines everything he is doing with my mouth. I always feel comfortable. Kirt and Cheryl always make me laugh with their stories I have been going to this dentist for 20 or 30 years!!!!!

I highly recommend NOT going to this dentist. I have preexisting dental trauma that was ignored and dismissed. I was also shamed for having cavity prone teeth, and my pain and concerns were dismissed. Additionally, the front desk messed up with the insurance company so that I almost had to pay twice for the pleasure of being in pain and shamed.
