I am pretty happy with this office. This is my second time and I make this my default choice for any periodontal services. Dr Tolome is an incredible surgeon, make it so painless experience. Thanh make is so comfortable through out the procedure and after that. Stefanie in the front office is so welcomingZ

Macy is an excellent Hygienist who is very efficient and kept my visit under 1 hour.

My experience here over 2.5 years between 2023 and 2025 was confusing, frustrating, and left me wondering if I was being taken for a ride. I went in for a specific issue by referral from my dentist. The specific issue was mostly ignored and I was told I had periodontal disease and the first step was SRP (deep cleaning). My dentist had said this was a likely outcome, so I got that done. During the cleaning (which overall was much less unpleasant than I expected), the hygienist kept saying how it was so strange that there was almost nothing to clean under my gums, super easy case! Surprised you’re even here! I go back for my re-evaluation and get told that nothing really changed, so you should get 1000s of dollars of gum grafts. After very little explanation of what that entailed, how it would help, or what would happen if I didn’t do it, I was given a packet outlining the cost. I decided to wait. The next year at my evaluation, I see a different periodontist who says actually, don’t do gum grafts (yet), you should have laser osseous surgery. Again, minimal explanation and a treatment plan for 1000s of dollars. At every maintenance cleaning, the hygienists would make observations and say things like "I bet you'd be a good candidate for X", only for the periodontist to come in, be told that by the hygienist, and say "no that doesn't make any sense for this patient". I finally switched to a new practice, who at my first appointment explained everything about my situation in far more depth than in the 2.5 years with premier. They also taught me how to floss correctly because no one at premier had bothered to check that I was doing home care *correctly*. Finally, over a year after my last appointment, I get a bill for $725 because “insurance paid less than we expected”. Fine, it happens. Reviewing all of the history, I found that at every appointment they added services (laser treatments, periscope) that aren’t covered by insurance at all. All in my SRP with premier cost $800 more than my SRP at my new practice. I can’t recommend this practice unless you’re comfortable blindly following recommendations for very expensive treatment.

I am incredibly happy to have found Dr. Lin and her wonderful team. Over the past 8 months, I’ve undergone several complex procedures, and Dr. Lin proved to be a true professional who works like a jeweler taking pride in a masterpiece. I never felt any pain. The atmosphere during my appointments was always so warm and filled with laughter that all my fears disappeared. They provide excellent support and stay in constant touch during recovery. Coming to the clinic felt like visiting dear friends rather than a medical appointment. I am so lucky to have met Dr. Lin and her team—I highly recommend them to everyone!

Macy, my hygienist was gentle & expert. Best experience ever! I highly recommend her.

Came in for a consultation. A doctor came into the room, told me to open my mouth, looked inside from about 10 feet away and said I should have a surgical procedure done because “why not”??? For literally 1 minute of this “expert opinion” they’ll charge you $150. Complete waste of money! 🤡 Save your time, money, and sanity and go anywhere else!

Dr Toloue and her assistant went out of their way to make sure I was physically comfortable prior to the tooth extraction procedure. Dr Toloue kept me informed about progress as the procedure was going on. You’ll be well taken care of here.

Dr Lin is fabulous. I’m between implant procedures-cannot write enough positive words. Dr Lin is very skilled, articulate, and personable. Front desk accommodating on scheduling and communication of insurance/finances.
