I have been with Dr. Beckle in this office for 15 years. It changed completely after he left. It is hard to find a good dentist. The new staff are the worst in I have felt with in my life for 50 years. They don't deal with insurance and I had to pay over $3000 out of pocket because of their mistakes. They were very rude and threatened me with collection. I called the insurance and it was their mistake. First time in my life to see this unprofessional treatment with dental office. Any good review was for the previous office staff

I have been a patient for several years. I came because my good friend recommended the practice. At the time I saw Dr Bikel. I was surprised this past year when I tried to schedule with Dr. Bikel that he was not available. Imagine my surprise to hear that Dr Bikel had moved to Wenatchee, Wa. I never received a letter to patients letting us know that Dr Bikel had left the practice. The lack of transparency was not professional. I remained a patient with the practice and was seen by the new dentist. During this time the wonderful office manager left and a new one came in. Since then, there has been very unprofessional handling of the front desk and patients. Especially difficult has been last minute changes to hygienists and no transparency that your hygienist has been changed. This lack of professionalism has caused me to leave the practice and find another dentist. I believe much of this change in policy has come from the parent company, Mosaic. Dentists establish trust with their patients. It is a part of the community in which we live. These incidents do not help to establish trust in the practice. I hope that you will consider changing some of your policies.

Sadly I only knew later on but this practice is not very experience with crown and implant. My implant only lasted 9 years, when it typically should last 25 years - lifetime. When I moved and visited a better dental practice, I found out that the crown they used had too much gap with the next teeth, and doesn't account for the fact that I have heavy bruxism. I remembered asking the doctor for the option to use gold crown instead of zirconia crown due to heavy grinding, but the doctor dismissed my question quickly without giving any satisfactory answer, and just say that zirconia is very good (it wasn't, not suitable for me).

Been going here for about a year now and I’ve been more comfortable than ever with going to the dentist. Everyone is really nice and cheerful. No scare tactics either. Special shout out to Wana—she is so happy and kind and she spent probably 15 minutes explaining and giving in depth answers to questions I had. Thank you!

Dr. Adam Forbes is an exceptional dentist. Every visit feels comfortable, and he always takes the time to explain what he’s doing and make sure I’m okay throughout the process. His staff is just as warm and professional. I’m truly grateful to have a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
