I’ve been going to Redmond Dental Care for at least 25 years, and Dr. Yum has consistently done a fantastic job. In fact, I had an accident on New Year’s Eve that required emergency dental work. Dr. Yum actually left his New Year’s Eve party to meet me after hours at his clinic and perform a root canal that saved my tooth. His willingness and warmth in going out of his way for his patients is truly unprecedented. Even though I’ve moved away from Redmond, I still make the hour-long commute to continue seeing him. Thank you, Dr. Yum and staff, for your skilled treatment and impeccable customer service over the years.

After trying out three different dental offices, I can confidently say that Dr. Sang Yum is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! From the very first visit, I could tell that he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my treatment options and feel comfortable every step of the way. Both hygienists I’ve seen here—one Korean girl and one white girl (I’m so sorry I forgot your names!)—were absolutely wonderful as well. They were extremely gentle, thorough, and professional, while also being super friendly and approachable. I really appreciated how responsible and attentive they were, making my cleanings smooth and stress-free. The entire staff at this office is warm and welcoming, which makes such a huge difference, especially for someone like me who can get a little nervous about dental visits. Highly recommend.

Scammer. Will try to give you fillings, crowns, and root canals that you don't need... Just so he can make more money.

I started going here after a recommendation from my friend. In short, I have had a smooth and great experience so far. I had a pressing need to get my dental care completed as soon as possible, and they worked me into their schedule to accommodate. Dr Yum and his staff are also very kind and communicative. During the procedures I felt comfortable and could voice discomfort if needed. I've always felt apprehensive about the dentist, but I feel more at ease coming here and look forward to coming back for my dental needs.

I hope there is 0 star. The good hygienists are leaving and the ones left/joined only do very simple cleaning and not paying much attention to your teeth. My previous hygienist usually took a whole hour for the cleaning but the last one took only ~20 mins. Also, I noticed that I'm paying more here. I'm fully covered with my Delta dental insurance (I believe the routine cleaning is covered) and just got 3-time cleaning each year (no other treatments) but still have to pay out of pocket for ~$220 a year. My deductive is only $50 I believe. I have my kids with another pediatric dentist and each has 2 cleanings every year but with the same insurance covered I've never paid a penny for them (even the deductive). Second what Catalina said a few years ago, the receptionist was rude when things went not she expected.
