Redmond Parc Square Dental's Online Review Report Card

i used to live right next to this place so it was an easy choice to just walk on over. unfortunately, my insurance changed (i used to be covered by my husband's insurance, but that expired and i had to change to my company's insurance, which this office doesn't accept), so i had to change practices. i'm sad that i can't continue with this place bc the admin team is SO NICE and understanding and accommodating and patient and knowledgeable and friendly and always on top of things. they always recognized me and my son and were so quick with all the technical procedures and scheduling and all while my 3 y/o was very distractingly messing with the water cooler in the lobby. the text communication with the admin team is so efficient and easy, and they're not very strict and cold in their communication--they're friendly and loving and have character. i love this admin team, and i will miss them dearly :( as for the actual hygienist team: the assistants/hygienists were alright, some cooler than others. some of them seemed to have tense relationships with the main dentist (you could just kind of sense it from the way they talked to each other or about each other--nothing bad was ever explicitly said, but it was in the tones and the sighs, the small things), which made me wonder about whether the dentist was treating his subordinates well or not or what was up with that, but i have no evidence of anything questionable going on so i can't say for certain the main dentist here dr lo is cool and definitely knows his stuff and cares about me and my son and remembers stuff about our lives and is very gentle and understanding about tough things going on with our lives and such, which is awesome. i will say, though, that i at least felt like he was kind-of A Lot at first. i wouldn't say he's weird but he has a lot of charisma and confidence with the way he talks, and at first it was kinda like Whoa This Is A Lot, but it's nothing really bad, and i can tell everyone's gotten used to his bold personality. he was great with my three year old and very understanding about parenting issues that we've faced. overall a cool guy! also the goodie bags and toys that my son received after visits (as well as the toys in the lobby!) were awesome. he still loves and plays with the toys he got from here! this review is like a Thank You And Goodbye note to this clinic. thank you!!

My family & I started going to this office in 1987, when Dr.Tanagucci was the owner. I’ve been coming back for a number of reasons. Dr Lo and his staff are professional, knowledgeable, competent, kind, skilled and while I’m there, I feel safe and confident in their hands. I drive from Everett now, they’re worth it.

Dr Lo is one of my favorite dentists. He gives good advice, does high quality work, and manages to make a few funny jokes while he is doing it. I am very happy I picked his office 4 years ago.

Caring office, efficient and professional. Dr. Lo is thorough (although he talks fast!) and good at explaining procedures. I had my teeth cleaned by Jill who made me feel so at ease and Sandy helped with my crown making the 2 hours pass quickly.

I have been going to Redmond Park Square Dental for YEARS, like 50 years! Starting with Dr T., ending with Dr Lo. I recently moved out of the area, otherwise Dr Lo and his staff would still be my dentist of choice! Thank you for years of excellent dental care!

I was having a ton of jaw pain. Dr. Lo recommended a night guard to help me stop grinding my teeth at night. They did the impressions and sent them off to a lab to build the night guard. Life changing! Amazing staff that do a wonderful job cleaning teeth too! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lo and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I've had cleanings with Jill and Jade, and they were both excellent. Wendy at the front desk is very kind and has been tremendously helpful getting things scheduled and reminding me of my upcoming appointment. Dr. Lo also provided an excellent referral when I needed additional work done. I highly recommend Dr. Lo and his team at Redmond Parc Square Dental!

Dr. Lo has been one of the best dentists I have ever had, and I am so grateful that he takes care of all of my dental needs. I came to him with some botched dental work and some other dental issues that he took the time to put a plan in place to not only fix all of those issues, but also cared about the appearance of my teeth in the outcome of his plan. He was very invested in my happiness with my restorative work, and I couldn't be happier with what he was able to accomplish which included a front tooth crown and a front tooth veneer. It looks incredibly natural! He also has other colleagues he recommends for treatment like orthodontics or endodontics which were also a huge help in the process of restoring my smile. Dr. Lo has one of those personalities that you feel his genuine care for you as the patient, but also has profound professionalism and even perfectionism which is so needed when caring for your teeth and overall oral health. His whole team is very friendly and caring, which is also so appreciated! I can't recommend Dr. Lo and his practice enough.

The staff is so friendly, this is the best dentist I have been too by far. They ask if you want blankets! They know who I am and remember / inquire about specific details of my life- I feel truly taken care of here.

My family has gone to Dr. Lo and Parc Square Dental for many years and have only had great experiences with them. They listen, are kind, and don't try to do work that isn't warranted.
