Great cleaning, great staff and service

Absolutely outstanding cleaning with my hygienist today. She is incredibly skilled, thorough, and gentle — easily the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. The entire team is top-notch, friendly, and clearly cares about their patients. I left feeling fantastic about my teeth and oral health. This office is a 10/10 — highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care!

I had a wonderful experience Yesterday at Redmond Signature Dentistry yesterday. Dr. Jeff Stonebraker was very professional, gentle, and caring throughout my visit. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I’m also very thankful to the kind lady who assisted him I forgot her name, but she had beautiful blonde hair and blonde eyebrows. She was so pretty, kind, and comforting. She made me feel completely at ease and reminded me that there was nothing to be shy or embarrassed about. Her warm personality and encouragement truly boosted my confidence and made my dental visit such a positive experience. I’m very thankful to her and appreciated how genuinely caring she was. Thank you so much to the whole team at Redmond Signature Dentistry for your patience, compassion, and excellent care. You never know how much kindness and reassurance can mean to someone. Dr. Jumani is the absolute best! So personable, caring and patient with all my questions. I know I’m always in good hands with her. So good to finally have found a dentist I’m not afraid to visit!

I’ve visited a few times, they’re hit and miss but the overall feeling is that they’re quite profit oriented. They mentioned my teeth needed a deep cleaning and this last time when I went in for a regular cleaning they took about 20 min, only cleaned my front teeth and said they wouldn’t clean my back teeth at all until I did the deep cleaning because it would take too much time (even though they had plenty of time and they’ve cleaned my back teeth before during a regular cleaning). Definitely felt like a “oh we’re not doing it because we’re not getting our money’s worth out of you, we’re ok putting your teeth at risk now to force you to do a treatment that costs more because we don’t actually have any interest in keeping your teeth healthy”. I’ve never had any dentist only clean my front teeth during a cleaning because they want me to come back for a more expensive treatment?!? I tried to give them a few chance but after this last visit I’m definitely never coming back to this place

Very disappointing experience with Redmond Signature Dentistry. The office changed my wife’s original appointment due to their own scheduling conflict. Unfortunately, she was unable to attend the newly assigned time because of other commitments, so she requested to reschedule. Despite the fact that the original change came from their side, they still charged us a $100 cancellation fee. When my wife called politely to ask if the fee could be reconsidered under the circumstances, the staff was rude, dismissive, and told us we could go elsewhere. The issue isn’t just the money, it’s the poor attitude and lack of professionalism. Because of how this was handled, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I've been a patient here for many years, and the service has always been excellent. The hygienists in particular have consistently provided outstanding care, which is why my recent experience was surprising. I came in hoping to repair a chipped tooth, but the dentist declined to patch or even smooth it because of my underbite and referred me to an orthodontist. I understand the clinical reasoning, but it felt like there were no alternatives offered and that the dentist may not have been comfortable addressing anything beyond basic care. It left me asking myself a sincere question: should a patient really have to live with a chipped tooth simply because they cannot afford additional orthodontic treatment right now? Even a temporary solution or clearer guidance would have made a meaningful difference. I truly hope the practice considers offering interim options for situations like this, so patients can feel supported even when long term treatment is not immediately affordable.

My wife visited this dentistry for check-up and wisdom tooth removal. The check-up went fine, the doctors are courteous and good. But they recommended aggressive periodontal treatment and charged 2000+ (estimate was 200) for it. They do not do pre-authorization with insurance (Premera blue cross) so the final bill can be anything. The front staff was rude and never explained the treatment plan or costs. The lack of transparency and sheer rude behavior from front staff was enough for us to look for another dentist. I hope the owners train the front staff better.
