Great place, with a very good and professional conduct. Dr Eckland gave me what felt like a personal coach style consultation, and really provided me with insights and good feedback on how to better improve my dental health. I'll say it now, Dr. Eckland has a great team with Kristina, Emma, and Emily.

Dr. Eckland is an outstanding dentist who truly loves his work. From my very first visit, I felt completely confident that he was the right dentist for me. His chairside manner is kind and reassuring, and he always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I have. You can’t say enough good things about Redmond Smiles!Dr. Ecklund has this rare mix of genuine kindness on a very short list for nicest person I know), professionalism, and precision. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions with patience, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. His attention to detail is incredible — you can tell he truly cares about both the health and aesthetics of your smile. The staff is just as wonderful: welcoming, efficient, and attentive. The office itself feels modern, clean, and calming — the kind of space that actually puts you at ease instead of making you dread your appointment. As a patient for the last 10 years, what continues to stand out most to me is how much Dr. Ecklund and his team go above and beyond to create a positive experience. You leave the office with not only with healthier teeth, but also with the peace of mind knowing that you’ve been cared for by people who love what they do. Colby Eckland is an excellent dentist, but the best part about this one practice is Emma, the hygienist. She is wonderful and does a great job cleaning your teeth!

Unfortunately, this office is a bit old-fashioned despite the modern furniture and rebranding. They are not a holistic practice. I specified that I would like a teeth cleaning and did not need x-rays at this time, but when I arrived, the doctor was unhappy having his Western medical expertise subverted. He lied about x-rays being required by law, and then further demonstrated a lack of awareness, integrity, respect. Within a few minutes, I was able to find a Wellness dentistry office nearby whose policies uphold patient sovereignty—with a more inclusive price point, too. I’m sure some nice procedures are done here, but one is likely to have a better experience somewhere else. The welcome team is upbeat and friendly!
