Redmond Wellness Dentistry's Online Review Report Card

My dentist of 35 or so years, Dr Hsu, retired recently. He sold the practice to one or more young dentists, and continued on as their employee while they learned how to run a dental practice. Then he retired for real. Today was my first visit to the new practice. Given that it's three new dentists, a new address (because the old location is apparently facing demolition), and a slightly different name, I think it counts as a new business, even if it's technically the same business license, some of the hygienists stuck around, and a lot of the equipment is probably the same. I don't feel like I've been with the new dentists long enough to review them properly, but I trust that Dr Hsu tried hard to find great dentists to take over the practice. Thus my five star "best ever" rating is provisional. They're good, but I'll see whether they're great. One negative that will probably be fixed soon: the office is struggling with two incompatible (or poorly compatible) dental practice software systems. I'm sure they'll sort that out soon enough, so I'm not counting it against them.

All of the staff are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Isabella Amar. I was given recommendations I’ve never heard any where else. Highly recommended if you are in need of any dental procedures.

I had such a great experience at Redmond Wellness Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt so clean and welcoming. The staff were all very warm, kind, and professional. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and were very patient, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Doctor Neil was excellent, he explained my teeth condition very clearly and helped me understand my dental health much better. I really appreciated how informative and thorough he was. Pouya, who cleaned my teeth, did an amazing job as well. My teeth felt incredibly clean afterward, and he was very gentle and detailed. Courtney at the front desk was also the best. so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’m very happy with the service here and would highly recommend Redmond Wellness Dentistry to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team.

We recently moved to Redmond and we are glad we found this dental office. Dr. Amar and the entire team is patient, knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. Our 4 year old also loves it here 🥰 They are also open on Saturdays, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!

I’m so glad I found this place! When I walked in I was greeted so friendly and professionally. Sarah who helped me schedule and answered all of my questions on the weekend, was so nice and obviously knows her stuff. Dr. Amar was so gentle and informative. I didn’t need much, luckily, but I’m so impressed with the care I received, and Sarah being so responsive when they were closed is definitely going the extra mile. 5+ stars!

Awful just beyond awful! Called to make an appt. They were beyond pushy to get me in and when I wanted to reschedule they jumped down my throat to get me in pushing agin to get me schedule. Also I never gave them my insurance information but somehow had my patient history which tells me they accessed my insurance found my history all without my permission which is extremely shady and slimy! Also they discussed my husbands information with me despite him not having me on his hippa release form, which tells me they violate hippa privacy laws more often than not. I would not recommend them and would never trust them near my mouth. You are nothing but a number for them they just care about numbers, getting your insurance, and making money off of you. I truly would not take the 5 stars as true as they push for you to leave them a good review.
