If I could leave less stars I would.
Dr. Obih is the definition of a professional pediatrician! She is friendly, personable, and helpful. She truly has the child's best interest. The MA's and front office staff have always been helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!
The most unprofessional front office and MA supervisors I have ever seen. I literally walked out because I did not want my child thinking that the world runs this way. Anyone who cares about their child would not go here!
This is the worst medical organization. They charge exorbitant rates. I used to take my child to Allegro Pediatrics where an office visit was billed at $155 but over here it is billed at $212. These figures are the in-network member rates with Aetna. The actual charge they bill is much higher. Once they did a test for Respiratory Virus Syndrome and the bill for that came out to be $236 (again this is the in-network member rate). When I called my insurance and asked them how much it would have cost had I gotten it done at Labcorp I was told $78. They don't answer calls and are also not very polite over the phone. Stay away from Swedish.
Slowest, laziest staff and doctor's. Do not care about peoples problems, they take their sweet time until you have to go out of the room multiple times to remind them if you are waiting from last 30 minutes. Slow, slow, slow....they really need to jump start their efficient services and understand patient's needs and time management. ( a frustrated parent with a child who had second degree leg burn)
We see Dr. Jain for both of our children, currently age 2 and 4. I have nothing but good things to say about all of our experiences with Dr. Jain. She is caring, takes her time to truly know her patients, is knowledgeable, and clearly loves children. My daughter is always excited to see her. The office itself has ups and downs- the nurses are not always pleasant to deal with, the front desk staff is hit or miss, and we’ve had trouble scheduling and longer than preferred wait times on occasion. 5 stars for the doctors, but the office management could definitely use work. We will continue to go to swedish because overall we’ve had good experiences and feel so lucky to have Dr. Jain.
45 minutes of wait, every single time with some lame excuse. I'm actually on Yelp right now looking for some other pediatrics clinic. Stay away if you value your time.
Awesome experience
All the doctors are wonderful here. But I am having lots of issues with getting an appointment here. My infant son had an ear infection. The receptionist did not give me an appointment. She told one nurse would call. Then I would get an call that would disconnect after 2 rings. After 3 such calls I insisted on getting one appointment. They should not accept new patients if they are so busy managing the existing ones.
Worst experience at a pediatric office ever. The doctor had no idea what she was doing, I also feel most of the staff had no idea what they were doing either. I don't recommend this place at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
