Absolutely a horrible experience. A waste of time had something in eye from mowing grass. Went to urgent care because was getting worse. They told me I scratched my eye in 2 places. Put me on eye ointment antibiotics and by mouth antibiotics. Eye got worse now because of ointment antibiotic my top lid got an internal stye.went back to urgent care because now I have a stye and an allergic reaction to the antibiotics.long story short they missed diagnosed. I had some thing stuck in my eye and no scratches. Had to find my own eye doctor to go to. He removed debris in eye and numbed my eye lid and cleaned out my pore. This was a 4 week nightmare. Don't go. Not worth it. They suck. !!!!!!!
Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare facility. Their urgent care is a joke - charged me $70 for me to sit in a room for 40 minutes and when the doctor finally showed up, he was quoting things from someone else's chart wouldn't listen to any of my concerns or let me correct him that he wasn't even talking about me, then sent me down the hall to make an appt with someone else. When I did get set up with a primary care provider there, the experience didn't get any better. They mishandled test results, sent the wrong prescriptions to the pharmacy to start with, then sent the corrected prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy and caused weeks of stress trying to figure everything out. They also caused me to be overcharged for incorrect medical equipment that could have harmed me, and still never followed up to refer me to the proper resources for managing my condition. I honestly can't believe that they're allowed to operate with this many issues. I will never go back to another Swedish facility again.
Good access. Very friendly staff. They took my health concerns seriously
We love this location! Always get in and right out. Staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this location.
Medical bill is unreasonably high (including insurance) for a 30+ minutes for urgent care visit. Very expensive hospital. My first and last visit to Swedish.
My fiancé got in here fast at the ER and EVERYONE was courteous and positive! Gary, your humor is priceless!!
Most of my experiences here, primary care and urgent care have been bad. Recently had a significantly bad experience where I came in with a significant concern (that I most likely should not have been concerned about) and the physician didn't really give me an explicit diagnosis, brushed me off, and gave me some meds telling me they would not help me, but to take them anyways. She would not let me ask the questions I came in with and spent very little time with me even though it was primary care visit. Made me feel very anxious and kicked me out the door. Physician was very unprofessional and she didn't seem like a doctor at all, could have just been any random person off the street. Never coming here for care again.
Usually swift and friendly service if you have to visit a hospital. No complaints.
Updated reviewan incident on 4/9/21 required me to seek medical care in the emergency room at swedish hospital. i needed to get stitches and i knew that i would get excellent care at this swedish hospital. we arrived before 5pm and i was signed in and taken back to the exam room immediately. the staff was excellent, so professional and compassionate. i was reassured that i would be getting the best possible treatment, and relaxed in their competent care. the nurses/techs and doctor was extraordinary. i was seen by dr. loren gorosh who took the time to provide enough numbing before applying the best stitching possible. the wound is well approximated and the treatment was perfect. i was given the best patient teaching throughout treatment, and at the end of treatment. antibiotics were called into our pharmacy of choice.with all honesty i can say that i received the best treatment possible and am in deep gratitude for the incredibly competent staff at swedish. i say this as a retired nurse who knows excellent care was received at swedish emergency room. a hospital is only as good as the staff who work there and this hospital gets 5 stars +. excellent doctor and staff!--------------------------------------------Original reviewthey provided wonderful service and care to our elderly parent. we were immediately taken back to the exam room and seen by nurse and doctor on saturday 5/18/19, in the evening. the man at the front desk was fabulous and helped us get information because the parent was confused. I was very impressed with dr. Stephen Bretz because of his skills and manner. I would also like to recognize Stephanie for excellent care and compassion. what a fabulous team that provided excellence in care. we felt safe and well cared for and respected. thanks so very much! i should know great care when I see it as I have been a nurse for around 30 years. this is now my go-to place for any emergency or urgent care.
This is a limited review for the imaging department only. Normally, imaging department has its own outside door that I can park near. I did, which turned out to be a mistake because of COVID. There's a sign telling everyone to walk to the main door. That's ok though; I could use a few more steps.Entering through the main door, a person in a booth nearby waved me over to ask me the standard questions about any symptoms and gave me a sticker. An 1 min thing.Anyway, the Imaging department is very straightforward - two ladies at the front to check in and insurance. And if the appointment is the recurring mammogram, I go no more than two doors inside - one to change, one for the imaging. It's super straight-forward and easy. Brownie points for the most recent appointment. I'm so used to having nothing to do due to COVID that I didn't look at my calendar and completely spaced out having an appointment. They just called, booked another appointment, no change fees. Yay! So thanks!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
